My husband & I are Old, we leave home tomorrow at 5 am & THIS is unacceptable for us. Now? I get a credit card I don’t want or neeed from Wells Fargo in the mail. I’ll never use VRBO again. PS: they have an option to opt out of notice of billings Now I have to spend time figuring out how to quit something I might need but never wanted or participated in the decision to rack up charges. This is intentional and terrible business ethics. It is clear they intend to abuse their customers. Upon his inspection he was not satisfied with the workmanship of the job either. He explained the company wanted me to be happy & satisfied with the conversion so he stated they would come & redo the job. Today Matt & his helper Donzell were here by 9am. They took off all the walls, added more plywood, stabilized the plumbing,& cleaned the under walls, before cutting new walls, installing & caulking them. They cleaned everything up & was done by 5pm. Excellent work Matt & Donzell, Thank you for a job well done with kindness & courteous service!
