Will not scan the QR code and charged my card as soon as I selected the option for the free trial!

We are team of passionate people working towards empowering and helping users as a productivity tool. We understood that you didn't like the app or features but it doesn't allow anyone to make false accusations since there are thousand of active users who are using it without a hesitation. We believe that there are some misunderstandings. We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get charged before or inside the free trial period. All the payment process is handled by Apple. It is technically impossible for us to intervene. Don't be mislead by users who doesn't have information about Apple's auto-subscription process. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen. I was searching for a QR code app where I can create any code I want such as for instagram accounts, Spotify playlists and etc. I thought this was just a QR code app until I opened it. You can scan QR or barcode. You can create any code you want, you can pick them up later from your code gallery. You can see your scanning history and you can take action from each code. Usage is really easy. Recommended to anyone who is searching for a proper QR code app. 🙂

Добрый день! Появилась необходимость воспользоваться данным приложением. Ввела в заблуждение яркая мигающая строка с надписью «попробуйте 3 дня бесплатно», естественно ниже страницу я не листала. Оказалось, что это все лишь обманка, а со счета карты списали 899 рублей за месячную подписку, которая мне не нужна. Подскажите, в каком порядке я могу вернуть деньги?

I was obsessed about losing the barcodes that I scanned. I was scanning them and taking a photo of them in order to save them to my photo gallery, but of course I didn’t know which one is which. So I found out this app with the recommendation of my friend and it is the app I was looking for. Works like a charm. Scans, saves and identifies. Thanks for the easiest usability, even my mom can use it without calling me:)
