## What is QR Library?

Keep track of items you lend with just one click. The fastest library system without data maintenance, preparation and typing. Scan or photograph to identify items or borrowers. The ingenious app does the rest. Developed for school, but also useful for private use.

THIS IS A TRIAL VERSION, UNLOCK ITS FULL POWER!
The free app is limited to 2 concurrently lent items. If you like the app, you can unlock an unlimited number by making the in-app purchase.

HOW TO USE IT
Manage items lent with the QR Library easily and without having to enter articles or borrowers in advance. The app is based on Student ID cards, which can be created quickly in the app or online. These cards show a QR code that contains the student name. To borrow something, the student card is scanned or the name entered manually. If the article contains a QR code or any barcode such as an IBAN, it can be scanned for identification. Otherwise or additionally, a picture of the article can be taken. Done. In the best case, there is no need to make a single click; the app automatically leads to the next step. Returning an item is just as easy. Simply scan the item or Student ID Card and confirm the return.

### 2/5 — Comment acheter la version complète svp ??

*2024-09-09*

Bonjour

### 2/5 — Ehh.

*2023-01-21*

Paid $5 just so I can scan more than 2 names. No point in “returning” books because you end up swiping to just delete it. Says you can do back ups and allow other people to access your list but theres no buttons or directions on how to do it. For this I rather just use old fashion paper and pen to keep a log.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-10-17*

App works fine to check out items, but it doesn’t work to return items (basically the video demo you see is all it does). And there’s no app support so it’s impossible to contact developer or get a refund. Scam!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry for the negative experience. Please use the contact form on our website for support.
To return items, proceed as follows: Scan the book code and swipe left to return it. If the book does not have a code, you can also scan the student ID and you will get a list of all items this student has borrowed. Now you can choose the right one and also swip to the left. You also have the possibility to search for the book in the whole list manually.

### 3/5 — PE equipment

*2019-05-20*

I wish this could be use to for checking out PE equipment.
I wish there was options like time check out and check in instead of the date.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the ideas. We focused mainly on keeping the app as simple and fast as possible.

### 4/5 — Potentially Perfect

*2019-03-29*

I paid for the full version and played around with it, scanning barcodes on books... that part works just fine! However, when I try to “return” a book, all it does is take a photo of the code and show me the name of borrower (I just typed in random names) and what is being borrowed.. nothing registers the item being returned, it only shows me the borrower’s name and the barcode number for the book. the list of borrowed items stays the same and there are no options or settings for items on the list. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s a bug/design flaw. I’m trying to bring the library at the small school I work at “up to date” with technology and this seems like it would be great with the ID cards and everything. It would also be great if each individual ID card also showed the user’s contact information. Sorry, I hope this is constructive criticism and I hope either I figure out I’m doing something wrong in the app, or if it’s a bug I hope it gets fixed. Like I said, potentially perfect for what I need it for!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the ideas. We have to make the return more intuitive for the next update. Do it like this: Scan the book code and swipe left to return it. If the book does not have a code, you can also scan the student ID and you will get a list of all items this student has borrowed. Now you can choose the right one and also swip to the left. You also have the possibility to search for the book in the whole list manually.
