One of the most annoying issues is that after completing a job, the app completely messes up touch input. Where you tap on the screen doesn’t match what actually gets selected—pressing “Collect Waste” might instead trigger “Leave Truck,” which is beyond frustrating. The only way to fix it is to close and reopen the app constantly. On top of that, the app is incredibly slow, and errors are frequent. Sometimes, after collecting waste for a job, it gets stuck loading and throws an error. When this happens, you’re left with two bad options: either close the app, which prevents you from adding comments or photos, or keep trying to submit it multiple times, only to risk accidentally logging the job three times. For an app that’s supposed to streamline work, QR2id does the opposite. The constant bugs and lag make simple tasks way more difficult than they should be.
