バージョン2.17 (30) を、macOS 14.7.2 で起動したところ、起動直後のウィンドウにある「7日間の無料トライアルを開始する」をクリックしても反応は無く、「永続ライセンス」のボタンは読みこみ中？ のようなアニメーションを延々と表示し続けるだけでクリックすらできません。
