El sistema de transporte público de la Zona Metropolitana de Querétaro cambió para brindar un servicio más ordenado y con menos tiempos de espera.

En la App Qrobús encontrarás la información de las rutas troncales, complementarias y locales; también podrás ubicar las paradas, paraderos y estaciones, y conocer el tiempo en que llegan las unidades gracias a una colaboración con Google Maps.

For starters, a bus app should say what time the routes begin in the morning and end at night. This app doesn’t. For that reason a driver just told me that my connection van has stopped running before 9pm, stranding me at a terminal. How truly pathetic. I paid 200 pesos recharge in the app and it just says to visit the validator. Apparently that’s the bus card reader, but after 5 rides my 200 is still pending. Querétaro should not waste money on this junk, it should just buy Méridas far better app. Méridas routes also show perfectly on Google Maps while QRO is lousy on Google. This is a mess.

You need a local phone number. So, if you’re a traveler you’re out of luck. If you manage to log in with a friend’s number be prepared to be disappointed. The app regularly crashes. The bus card balance doesn’t update properly. The location of the buses on the map is delayed and often incorrect. You cannot search which bus to take to reach a specific address. You can only search well known destinations or points of interest. Beware that if you use Google Maps, the bus route numbers have changed and you’ll have to verify the updated number. Aside from the app the buses crash often and the drivers aren’t considerate of their passengers when accelerating, stopping or turning. The “free” wifi on the buses does work at all, don’t even try. If you don’t wave at the bus, they will not stop. Good luck seeing the route number before they speed past the stop.

Necesitas un número de teléfono local. Entonces, si eres un viajero, no tienes suerte. Si logras iniciar sesión con el número de un amigo, prepárate para decepcionarte. La aplicación se bloquea regularmente. El saldo de la tarjeta de autobús no se actualiza correctamente. La ubicación de los autobuses en el mapa está retrasada y a menudo es incorrecta. No puede buscar qué autobús tomar para llegar a una dirección específica. Solo puedes buscar destinos o puntos de interés bien conocidos. Tenga en cuenta que si usa Google Maps, los números de ruta del autobús han cambiado y tendrá que verificar el número actualizado. Aparte de la aplicación, los autobuses se estrellan a menudo y los conductores no son considerados con sus pasajeros cuando aceleran, se detienen o giran. El wifi "gratuito" en los autobuses funciona en absoluto, ni siquiera lo intentes. Si no saludas al autobús, no se detendrán. Buena suerte viendo el número de ruta antes de que pasen a toda velocidad por la parada.

En caso que Internet no funciona en autobús (es muy a menudo) y por esto el reloj de validador no está configurado correctamente, los bonos no funcionan (boleto caducado).

Si se suceden dos personas con bonos diferentes, el validador escribe que el código ya se ha utilizado cuando la segunda persona muestra el código. Pero si a una persona con bono le sigue una persona con tarjeta y luego otra persona con bono, todo va bien.

I am visiting from USA for two weeks and like to use local transport. The app cannot be used unless you register using an email and local phone number. I do not have a local phone number. Very disappointing.

En la app no me registra todos los pagos, y a veces se hacen cobros dobles o simplemente cobra doble pero no registra en la app , por tanto si se lleva el control de pagos luego no coincide, aparentemente se tiene cierto dinero en la app y al pagar en bus dice que ya no tiene saldo. Así mismo en las rutas ya no aparecen las unidades en movimiento
