## What is QRTL Black Hole?

The current, magnetic field, and plasma form a tightly coupled engine that turns mass into structured outflow. Current is the pivot: by treating the black hole as a countable baryon reservoir where only a phase‑locked slice moves at once, the model converts static mass into a coherent charge flow (10¹⁶–10¹⁷ A). That current then generates a magnetar‑strength magnetic field, whose pressure confines the disk and prevents catastrophic collapse. Crucially, the field isn’t just a passive container—it’s one of four multiplicative dials (with current, mass, and symmetry error) that set the Borlgrino Flow.
