What needs to happen immediately is to fix the bug that keeps the PT-1 list from populating so one can schedule Annie. Sometimes it fills n and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes once you scroll through the authorized PT-1s and old rides, it will populate and sometimes I just won’t. THE WORST!! My last ride was a disaster. The driver left when I was inside my appointment there was no communication from the driver or the app. That my driver was leaving to give another ride, my doctors office was closing I was the last appointment so I was now in a dark parking lot outside in the rain. Over an hour later another driver came I was scared that I had been stranded for the entire time because there was no dispatcher to call and tell me someone else was on the way. Furthermore it was raining and the office had to lock me outside in the rain. ### 4/5 — finally they fixed the booking problem *2025-03-13, version 1.52* It used to be able to review the future ride, but booking had been bugged for years. I had to use Android version their web site. But they finally fixed the app and booking a ride from the app has started working since the last patch.
