It doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact support. ### 1/5 — Don’t even try it: waste your time! *2024-01-16* What’s the point having a app that promises making so much easier to book the rides if this app doesn’t work? It’s waste time and a lot frustration trying to book a ride , specially when after all finished that you can’t book it! Recommend: DONT EVEN TRY IT! ### 1/5 — Remains completely nonfunctional after another update *2024-01-04* How you can push an update to a nonfunctional app that leaves it STILL nonfunctional after months is beyond me. Next step is contacting my elected officials to tell them to make sure they contract with companies who can actually do what they’ve been paid to do. ### 1/5 — No longer functional *2023-12-05* For at least a month now the app has been able to display all of my information including trips booked by other means, but when I try to book a trip in app it says “client ID not recognized, contact provider”. And without further context, your guess is as good as mine who “provider” refers to. So, the app is now useless. Again. Hopefully it will take less than six months for someone to fix it this time, but I’m not holding my breath. ### 1/5 — Low quality app for low quality service *2023-11-24* The app always crashes and 95% of the time won’t allow me to make a selection. Then the one time I was able to sign in, I tried to book a ride and instead of asking for the pickup time it just default to 12 AM. Please FIX IT ### 1/5 — Buggy, needs serious help *2026-01-20* The QRyde Rider app has the potential to be a useful tool with a little TLC and serious elbow grease to fix the bugs and adjust some some parts of the use interface to make in useful and intuitive. What needs to happen immediately is to fix the bug that keeps the PT-1 list from populating so one can schedule Annie. Sometimes it fills n and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes once you scroll through the authorized PT-1s and old rides, it will populate and sometimes I just won’t. My last ride was a disaster. The driver left when I was inside my appointment there was no communication from the driver or the app. That my driver was leaving to give another ride, my doctors office was closing I was the last appointment so I was now in a dark parking lot outside in the rain. Over an hour later another driver came I was scared that I had been stranded for the entire time because there was no dispatcher to call and tell me someone else was on the way. So I’m in an endless loop. Waste of time for an app I actually need for health appointments. I had to use Android version their web site. But they finally fixed the app and booking a ride from the app has started working since the last patch. Great! ### 2/5 — Can’t request a new ride *2024-11-04* This iOS version have been neglected for a long time (android version works fine). The ride request screen shows an error and it can’t make a new reservation. It can, however, shows future trips and trip detail information. You can call the dispatcher of your ride from the app, so it’s still useful. I always make reservations from the android or the Mart website, so it’s kinda ok but not present experience. I wish they fix it soon. ### 2/5 — Good when it works *2023-08-30* Since they switched it to you have to select the pt1 first the app hasn’t worked since ### 2/5 — Great app but can’t call transport companies! *2023-07-06* I rely on this app to order transport for my mom. It works great but the most important issue that they need to address is ability to contact transportation company to adjust schedule or confirm the pickup time and location. Either it’s a bug or the database is incomplete with the phone numbers. I see a call button but it is disabled. ### 2/5 — Worth fixing!!! *2022-03-02* This app could be great, but it needs some basic bug fixes and and at least one additional key feature — the ability to edit/update currently scheduled rides. The worst bugs: 1) it doesn’t understand that 12 pm comes before 1 pm. (I don’t understand why we do this, but we do, so the app function this way.) you can’t schedule a pick up for a 12:15 pm appt with a 1:30 pm return. 2) Recurring trips seem to assign a day later. Schedule for Tuesdays & Thursdays and it says you are scheduled for Wed & Fri. Features: You cannot go back in and edit either the recurring or single trip reservations. You have to cancel. (And then it stays on your screen, only with canceled added at the bottom, causing further confusion.) Then you start over. And, you have the same errors. This could be an extremely useful app with a bit more work. Without these above updates, all the money and effort that has gone into the app so far is basically wasted, as it is not adequately functional for widespread use.
