I also found a message hat said the X-ray wouldn’t be available for 14 days - ridiculously slow! Waste of time. But then when I go through the app to get into it, it tells me to download the app! Facial recognition screen still shows up and no matter what I do. It’s always incorrect password which I’ve reset 1000 times. This website has never worked well and I’ve been using it for years. Terrible UX. *2026-07-29, version 36.13470.0* Awful interface, constantly having to sign back in, reset passwords, biometrics fail forcing yet more sign ins. After 20 mins on hold to QSCAN to ask for help with the useless app (getting kicked out and password not working, even when changed to new one- couldn’t get back in app). Was emailed a link to send a ‘ticket’ to whoever manages the portal. Now waiting to hear from them. No PDFs available of reports. I was recommended to ‘screenshot’ the reports to send to the insurer 🤷🏼‍♀️. They won’t send emails of results so now I have to go into an actual clinic to ask for someone to print the report so I can go home and scan it in at home as PDF. I get warning and error notifications over and over. Now it times out about 90% of the time and you have to closed the app and restarts it. Sometimes it fixes it, most if the time it doesn’t. It wastes a lot of time and does not work properly. Qscan team was spot on in explain to me what to do and the company who runs the app also helped me to set up my account to get access. Works well and it's great to have a record of easily accessible pics & results when you need them ### 5/5 — Cool app *2018-08-15, version 1.3* Great app, pity I have no idea what I’m looking at when it comes to a scan. ### 3/5 — Ok but old scans have disappeared? *2023-06-06, version 15.6921.0* This is ok, I have used it a lot to show reports and file numbers so drs and allied health people can promptly look up scans when dealing with different providers eg hospital specialists and gps. So really good for recent scans and as a time saver in short specialist appointments. It used to be you see the file numbers even if the results were blocked for patients so eg a very recent scan can be accessed on different systems but now scan history is mostly gone. It is not a date thing, it looks like anything non-innocuous is gone. This severely impacts the usefulness of the app, in fact I don't really see the point of the app at all since the last update? Is it just to avoid having to print things? But we also cant download anything...so when appointment letters say 'bring your scans and results' (of things that weren't done by the hospital) its just a big 'no, sorry, see your administrator about your qscan contract and integration with your system' ? ### 3/5 — Some faults *2022-03-03, version 1.3* Shows scans well.
