## What is QS=CD?

QS=CD is a strategic solo card game inspired by software project management.

Take the role of a project manager and lead your team within fixed targets, costs, and deadlines. Reveal cards with limited information, prepare for risks with PM interventions, and guide the project to a successful outcome.

Quality is non-negotiable.
Your challenge is to manage scope, cost, delivery, and uncertainty.

■ Manage the Project
Reaching the target score is not enough. To succeed, you must also stay within the cost limit and complete the project on schedule.

■ Respond to Uncertainty
You will not know each member’s result until their card is revealed. Performance may exceed expectations—or the project may face lower output and even team members leaving.

■ Use Limited PM Interventions
Your intervention cards are limited. Contribute directly to the score or prevent a serious outcome. Deciding when and where to intervene can determine the future of the project.

■ Face Consequences That Carry Forward
Continuation cards drawn after a game can affect members, the entire team, and future cost limits. Decisions made in one game may reshape the conditions of the next.

■ Multiple Game Modes
・Standard Game: Carry effects forward and continue until the project fails
・Large Project: Complete three games and pursue a combined score target
・Single Game: A self-contained one-game challenge
・Custom Game: Adjust the team size, targets, card sets, and more
