We have a QSee system in our gym & cannot check on the business from home bc the app freezes/crashes. No playback can be watched from the app bc it will not pull up the date/time. Trash system. Will be upgrading to another brand asap! ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2025-08-21, version 2.0.4* For weeks I have been trying to reach someone or get a response regarding issues with the app. As of today NOTHING! I messaged via social media platforms. Messaged via the app, emailed , and called. I miss the old company because this one that took over is a nightmare. I think I’ve held long enough and time to look for another company. I don’t recommend them. Save yourself the money.
