Won’t buy from QC EVER AGAIN ### 1/5 — Terrible move *2023-12-10* Let me start by saying that I purchased this company’s camera system about a year before Covid. Might I add, install labor was $600. Then you close your doors during Covid. 2 years later you “reopen” and get the service going again. Meanwhile your old app worked fine for the 2-3 years you no longer existed up until a week or so ago. Now, how convenient, you start back up and then you shut the old app down completely and tell your customers to buy a new system that will work with the “new app”. What a terrible move. $1000 dollars down the drain. We have a QSee system in our gym & cannot check on the business from home bc the app freezes/crashes. No playback can be watched from the app bc it will not pull up the date/time. Trash system. I messaged via social media platforms. Messaged via the app, emailed , and called. I miss the old company because this one that took over is a nightmare. I think I’ve held long enough and time to look for another company. I don’t recommend them. Save yourself the money. I sent a message yesterday and we are on the last hour, the 23rd hour and I have yet to see any message come through I sent a new request. Got the same message.
