It won’t let me log in. I’ve already uninstalled it and reinstalled. I’ve reset my network settings. It also rarely lets me log back in whenever I need to. It rarely ever sent me the code when I was trying to log back in. ### 2/5 — Not working !!!!! *2023-12-03, version 1.6.13* It’s not letting me sign into QSR scheduling with my manager has my phone number in it ### 2/5 — Bugs All the Time *2023-10-31, version 1.6.13* If you ever need to post your shift for someone to pick up, good luck because it never works and the app has constant errors. ### 3/5 — works but not really *2023-08-10, version 1.6.13* kinda broken atm its just frozen half the time sometimes you cant even start it up been stuck for 3 days now ### 3/5 — not a reliable app to use for scheduling purposes *2023-03-21, version 1.6.13* when i was required to download qsr on to my phone in order to view my weekly schedules for a new cooking job i had at the time, nothing seemed to be wrong with it & i had no problems with figuring out how to navigate the app… but halfway through my first time of employment for that same restaraunt i mentioned above, none of my co-workers could see when they were supposed to come in on there & we all had to end up finding out when our shifts were by looking at paper schedules one of the managers would tack on somewhere that employees were able to check out easily. weeks later everyone that i worked with, myself included, had to set up accounts on another scheduling app which ended up being harder for me to use due to technical issues. i don’t know if qsr is still acting up but if you have to download the app to use for whatever reasons, keep in mind that it’s definitely not perfect. ### 2/5 — Bugs *2022-05-17, version 1.6.13* This app takes long to load and sometimes it freezes I have to delete and re install it every time I want to check my schedule please fix that issue ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2022-03-07, version 1.6.12* App constantly kicks out after a few days logged in for some reason. Then recently I’ve been trying to log back in to see my schedule but it won’t send me the code I need and when I wait for a phone call I never get a call. I only just recently started using this app, so it’s really inconvenient to have to click on every random spot and hope I end up on the right tab. ### 2/5 — Fixed it *2021-12-09, version 1.6.11* As a response to my last review, I had to completely delete the app and re-download it for it to work. ### 3/5 — Things that would make this app WAY better! *2021-09-26, version 1.6.10* Overall this app works okay and gets the job done. Here are my suggestions that would make the app better resulting in making my life and many more employees lives better… -Show number of hours scheduled even if it just does it daily or weekly -Ability to see more than just the two weeks at a time. Not necessarily on the main screen but have a section where you can view. -reply to messages sent by management -be able to post a shift/give a shift to one particular person -The ability to delete messages to make finding certain ones easier -also a dark mode would be cool. I really like the new grey! (I came up with some and I also asked some of my coworkers for recommendations as well) ### 2/5 — It’s ok but some sort of functions are broken 80% of the time *2021-08-10, version 1.6.10* There will be days it kicks me out for no reason. With flawless internet, it refuses to load even after closing reopening and/or restarting my phone. The most common problem we are having is when we exit (clear out the app). It logs people out, we have to resign in and the managers can’t schedule if they aren’t logged in. It works when I delete the app and redownload it, however it becomes a hassle when you have to do it several times a week. ### 2/5 — Kicked out of app *2021-03-02, version 1.6.10* I’ve been getting kicked out multiple times for the past four months of using this app and randomly let back in. My number is in the system, and sometimes it bugs out and says I’m not. Have had it do this to two different #s. It constantly says “oops something went wrong.” It’ll take maybe 10-20 minutes for it to start working again. Poor navigation, no way to send messages, no sync to the smartphone built in calendar, no sync to Google calendar, no employee roster. This is barely useful. And no updates in two years!?!?! ### 1/5 — horrible *2023-08-08, version 1.6.13* i dont know HOW u could like this app. First of all, the people rating this 5 stars are bots because theres just absolutely no way you think this app is good. Every time I use it it is extremely slow. Now, I've had internet problems before so I assumed it was that but everything else loads properly EXCEPT THIS APP!!! this app entirely refuses to load at nighttime which is when i need to see my schedule, really convenient. it is just a white screen with a wheel spinning not only does the app refuse to work, their website won't either. It's like it shuts down at night and its really aggravating. Another thing thats annoying is it constantly logs you out of the app and you have to log back in. Whoever made this app clearly doesn't care about their customers. They haven't put any effort into this app and its very clear. do not get this app and if your work says they use this app, get out of there!! the job is not worth the pain of dealing with this app. I have CRIED because this app is so frustrating. DO NOT GET THIS APP FOR UR EMPLOYEES. also the app is just so useless. You cant contact managers or any other employees. u cant swap shifts, only request others shifts. it also sends the same notification over and over for ONE thing. The request off system is annoying, as it sends in them as separate. They cant even take the time to put it as one thing, IT HAS TO BE SEPARATE! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. The system does not work at night so prepare to cry and scream and throw ur phone. Three things pop up when I try to log in: 1) it simply says error has occurred, 2) it says that my number is not registered, and 3) it accepts my phone number but then refuses the verification code I was sent.
