## What is QStat Companion?

QStat Companion shows the readings from your QStat on your phone: heart rate, blood oxygen (estimated), breathing rate, skin temperature, and heart rate variability.

Each reading is labeled Live, Earlier, or No reading yet, so you always know how current it is. If your QStat goes out of range, the app keeps your last readings on screen along with when they were taken, and reconnects automatically when it's back.

The app reports readings only — it does not give medical opinions. If a reading is outside your usual range, it says so and suggests contacting your care team.

Also in the app:
• Alerts for things like low battery or a reading outside your usual range
• Battery, storage, and software status for your QStat
• Software updates for your QStat, installed right from the app
• Choose which readings appear on Home
• Light and dark mode
