Have to keep inputting password every time . Please fix ### 4/5 — Great useful app for seeing your schedule outside of work *2019-10-22, version 1.0.37* The app is great to use 🤙 but some improvements could be made which would make it easier to use such as integration with mobile and desktop calendar apps, reminders for what your next schedule if you wish to enable them and maybe a dark mode 😍. One problem though, there seems to be a bug where when you are signing in, the boxes for username and password are invisible, hoping this is fixed soon! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App is barely usable *2025-10-28* You download the app and it works for a couple of days. Then, all of a sudden, you can’t log in. Says it doesn’t recognize the password. You reset, and it still doesn’t work until you delete and redownload it. Then the password works all of a sudden. Everything is great, until a few days pass and it breaks again ### 1/5 — No notifications *2024-05-03, version 1.0.75* I get no notifications on my phone from the app when my workplace sent messages/notification through to me ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2023-11-28* This app has been nothing but problems for me and my colleagues, and it seems that whenever an issue does arise, it takes an arm and a leg to get it back up and running to how it was supposed to. The sign in screen will never remember you, meaning you have to go through two step verification every time you’d like to use the app. on top of that, there were issues with the app automatically signing into OTHER employees accounts without requiring any login information. Horrible app and horrible experience so far. ### 1/5 — Lack of convenience *2023-07-10* The main thing I look for in an app is convenience and signing in every time I open the app is a turn off. The app looks as though it saves your info only to have you sign in every time you want to use it and I don’t know about other companies but personally my login portal is poorly made also I have to send an sms to my phone every time I login to confirm it’s me. Please update the app ### 1/5 — Go back to PEN & paper *2020-10-20, version 1.0.49* Sh*T app , hardly ever works , when you want/need it to work most it doesn’t log you in , better off without the app and going back to pen & paper at this rate. ### 1/5 — Impossible to log in *2020-02-12, version 1.0.41b* Tried for months, updates did not help, simply cannot log in, no support ### 2/5 — Limited functionality *2018-01-29, version 1.0.18* At first it seems as if it has a clean, simple ui that’s easy navigate. However after about 5 minutes of use you’ll realise that it’s because there’s very little to the app. The app only works as a calendar to view predetermined work events, not for changes of any kind. This means that on days off you can’t book in overtime nor do we have the option of booking time off (which is a feature we were promised, that on days were they expecting a slow day we could book short notice holiday.)
