## What is QSW AGENT?

QSW - GREAT LAKES (Laundry Agent) is the official laundry operations app for staff managing student laundry services at Great Lakes Institute, powered by QUICK SMART WASH PRIVATE LIMITED.

This app is strictly for use by authorized laundry personnel assigned by the institute. All laundry-related data, orders, and access are controlled by the college administration. Unauthorized use is not permitted.
Key Features:

    Secure login for assigned laundry agents

    View new student laundry requests in real-time

    Verify SKU (clothing type) and bag weight before processing

    Accept or revert orders with remarks

    Mark orders as Ready for Delivery

    Generate and scan student QR codes at the pickup point
