I’ve caught it in time luckily, at least five times but am now on my second warning before being let go because this stupid app has changed my schedule last second multiple times. Please fix this annoyance. ### 1/5 — Posting shifts putting more days to work *2024-03-16, version 2.4.32* When I posted my shift for the two days it took them off for that week. But when I looked at the next week my work schedule increased more on the days Im not supposed to work. I can’t keep doing this anymore I need help to stop it from happening. ### 1/5 — Crashing/logging out error loading everytime *2024-03-09, version 2.4.32* Seems this app no longer works with iPhone 8+. Get a pop up that says can’t load anything options are “ok” or “retry”. When you hit ok it does nothing and is blank and if you hit retry it loads then goes back to same error. And now when I close it after doing that I’m logged out and when I try to login it says I need to change my password even though I just changed it today. iPhone 8+ if that matters the update a few days ago just broke everything when it says “fixed for older phones” ### 1/5 — Work with me here guys. *2024-02-22, version 2.4.30* Starting as a ptc and working the same times every week every day meant that if I couldn’t get into the app one day, I still kinda knew where I’d be going and at what time. Even if I wasn’t sure, it would just be me calling my store and asking what my schedule would be for the week. But now that I’ve moved to ER, I need to be able to access my schedule at any time. HOWEVER, for the entirety of the day, the app WOULDN’T OPEN. And it still wont open as I’m typing this. I checked at my store today and as of now I’m still doubled up, but now I have to wake up an hour or two earlier to call and ask tomorrow if I’m still doubled up. This is unnecessary and unprofessional. The fact that the employee app is the worst part of this job is insane. Quite literally, all that is needed is the ability to check my schedule. The app is perfect if that worked. But I CANNOT OPEN IT!!! I deleted and reinstalled the app already and restarted my phone twice. Quit making this job harder than it has to be. Please and thank you. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2024-02-22, version 2.4.30* It will not let me open the app. Crashes every time ### 1/5 — Hides extra shifts you pick up *2024-02-21, version 2.4.30* If you pick up an extra shift for a monday (not sure if day makes any difference) during the next week/ pay period, the app will remove it from your schedule for the few days leading up to that shift. I’ve been told “it only happens on Sundays” but I’ve just had this happen for several days leading to that shift. It really hurt my time off record since for several days the app said I had the day off, when in reality I had a 5:00am shift that I just couldn’t see. This needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — I can’t look at my shifts and keeps closing out of app anytime I try to open it *2024-02-21, version 2.4.30* As someone who constantly has to check his shifts due to how often I’m working it’s very frustrating when I’m not able to see the times I work and I then have to call my store to tell me what time I work. The app doesn’t work for my phone or something. Very not cool ### 1/5 — Log-in issues *2023-08-07, version 2.4.21* I’ve used this app for nearly five years and I’ve never had a real issue with it until the last month give or take. The app has been logging me out at random times and won’t let me log back in. This is important because this app is one of your most important tools as a qt employee. The fact that this app constantly goes down and the problem still isn’t fixed goes to show you how behind qt is a company on the tech level because how are you a multi billion dollar company but can’t get an old app to run right and consistently for your employees. Absolute joke. ### 1/5 — Forgot Password/login *2026-06-11, version 2.4.32* I don’t understand why there isn’t a “forgot password” or “forgot username” option to be able to log back into this app. It’s no wonder so many people have complained over the year . It been nearly a week and half ago since I downloaded this app. I was able to view my paystub, but now all of a sudden when I check to see what my schedule for my QT location for next week it shows that I have to log back in, but it never saved my password or my login and now I’m unable to login.
