If you want one that actually connects 9 times out of 10, stay away. This is absolutely awful. I’m easy to please and this app is a heavy weight champ of not connecting. It connects maybe once every ten tries ### 1/5 — Does not work on iPhone X *2018-05-27, version 1.0.1* The app worked 2 out of 10 times with my iPhone 7 I now have the x and it doesn’t even open!!! I only gave 1 star cuz u can’t do negative or thumbs down! It insists that my login is incorrect but occasionally it does work. I have tried the other mobile app that also has different set of problems. This convince me that they cannot make a workable mobile app. This very annoying problem I will have to ditch all my investments and get a different brand. If you have not bought a Q-see security camera system I advise you to ditch this brand. It does NOT work. I have called their tech-support you know what they tell me? Now qsee wants me to pay a high premium, just to get help with my older qsee system. I can’t view it on my phone anymore. I am handicapped, & used my phone to see who was at the door. I am on a very strict budget, & qsee wants to charge me a lot of money, just to get their assistance. The classic provides a lot more functions that I purchased my camera system for!! Try to get app support and it’s useless!!! I’m tired of being ripped off.
