DO NOT UPDATE IT . I have reinstalled it many times. restarted my computer as well still the same issue. ### 1/5 — iPad *2020-09-15* I have an iPad mini and when I tried to down load the app, I am told that my iPad is not compatible with no explanation!!! **Developer response:** You are most likely running an older unsupported version of iOS. Try updating your iPad first. If you can’t update to iOS 12.2 or later (preferably iOS 14), the app will unfortunately not run on your device. ### 1/5 — Incredible lack of customer support. *2020-09-02, version 4.2.4* They should pay you to test this interface and the ScreenPort SDI out. Not reliable and an awful experience to deal with their 3 day late one sentence responses from tech support. I asked for a refund for my Cloud Subscription since no one ever got me answers to issues I was having with Qtake cloud and Monitor in a timely matter while I was on set so I was unable to utilize it. They blatantly ignored this request. My Screenport SDI device had glitches from the get go that I tried to help them navigate for the first two weeks of use and then it literally fell apart my 9th day of use with a 'too bad so sad' attitude from IN2CORE/ Qtake. NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE. NO CARE. ### 1/5 — KeyStrokes Not Recognized so I can not log in *2020-07-10* Using a Brand New Mac Book Pro. I have no issues on any other applications but this one. It is not recognizing my Keyboard so I am unable to log in and use the software. **Developer response:** This was a bug caused by the operating system. Please update your Mac Book Pro to macOS 10.15.6 to fix this issue. ### 5/5 — Customer support *2025-02-03* As a video utility, having the Qtake monitor app on my phone/ipad is so helpful. But I was having a problem logging into the app because of a 2 factor set up authentication. I tried everything before emailing customer support. I explained what was going on and thought it would take a day or so. Within MINUTES I had an email saying to search for my recovery key. Once I found that it allowed me to log in and see my account. Super nice I was able to figure out the problem within minutes on set. ### 5/5 — Changed My Life as a Scripty *2021-11-22* I have worked in film and tv for ten years as a scripty. This program was amazing to use. the screengrabs and being able to use side by side with scriptE was amazing. I had a great DIT and Video department helping me. I loved using this app. I wish i could use it on all my productions. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2020-09-21* Our VTR has been using Qtake to share video feed with our directors via an iPad for years. Now that clients can't travel to our shoots, it's proven to be extremely valuable. We're excited to see you continue to build out the products. ### 5/5 — Major on set improvement *2020-09-04, version 4.2.4* Gone are the days where everyone had to crowd around a few strategically placed monitors. With QTAKE everyone gets their own little slice of the pie. Great for props people, script supervisors and anyone else who needs to follow what’s happening on camera from all over the set. I use it to check prop continuity while hiding under a table or behind a flat.
