It has this hassle-free approach to take and issue tickets. You also have an option to scan QR code to take the ticket which is definitely convenient. I own a business of my own and I look forward to using this soon. Although, I have to mention that in my usage on my iPhone 6s, I've seen this app crash within the first 15 seconds I've used. I go to the restaurant and entered how many ppl, my name and number. It sent me a message to confirm which I did. I saw it has an app and wanted to try it out. But it looks complicated. It’s still not compatible with the larger screens from iPhone X and up and shows the ugly black bars.
