### 4/5 — Good but..

*2026-08-30, version 2.7.38*

It's a good app and it helps with anxiety aswell, it helps me a lot because I also have a real pet duck, si it kinda motivates me to hop on the app every day, the only down side is that the sharing photos thing stopped working and is very laggy.. Otherwise I recommend it!!

### 2/5 — Not too bad

*2026-08-27, version 2.7.38*

I like that it has good options other than Quabble club but I really hate apps that don’t say that most of its content is reserved for people who subscribe. I feel like this is especially bad in mental health apps due to vulnerable clientele.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2026-08-19, version 2.7.38*

I genuinely don’t think I can have an app on my phone that is anti religious because that’s not freedom? Banning religious speech is so wrong. There’s so much good that can come from it and your relationship with God is apart of your mental health. It really shows who you are and what you hate and it’s obviously that you hate religion and want to ban others from the freedom of using it.

### 4/5 — Great app, still a WIP

*2026-08-04*

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I love it. I love the community, I love the science backed features, I love the little duck and park that act as a reward system. It’s helping me keep my mental health on track. I can see this app is still a work in progress, and I love seeing the new features roll out.

There’s only a handful of minor issues. Sometimes I’ll notice that certain features I expect aren’t there, like back buttons for new workouts. But I know the team is still updating things. I also noticed today that the “safe place” workout offers an AI image generative feature. I’d like to remind the team at Quabble that the use of image generative AI features is not something your target audience (teens and young adults) enjoys. It has many negative impacts on the world that could weigh on users. I suggest removing all AI features, or having an option to do so.

Great work guys! I really do love this app.

### 5/5 — Puddles

*2026-08-02, version 2.7.38*

This app is amazing, it helped me so much through dark times and I’m happy I found it, thank for tilt ok who showed me this app, it’s amazing and I love everything about it

### 5/5 — Rocks

*2026-08-02, version 2.7.38*

I like this app! It’s really helpful for anxiety and schedule. But I don’t understand how do I collect items in the park?

### 5/5 — Get this app!!

*2026-07-27, version 2.7.37*

This app is so good for your stress or anything that's on your mind and I love how your duck keeps amazing 🤩 care of you this app is recommended for anyone😁

### 5/5 — Get this right now

*2026-07-27, version 2.7.37*

This app is amazing and will help you everyday for life.

### 5/5 — So helpful for self care

*2026-07-21, version 2.7.36*

I wanted to regulate my emotional eating and discovered self care could be a good solution to managing and solving it. However, almost all of the apps did not have such a comprehensive and beneficial free option like Quabble. I also appreciate that Quabble has routines built in which helps me be more consistent. Once I am in the position that allows me to purchase a subscription, I will definitely do so!

### 5/5 — a beautifully made mental-health app

*2026-07-19, version 2.7.35*

as someone who has struggled with mental health for years now; this app has personally been such a joy and help to have. the daily activities and check-ins are helpful but are also sized well enough to not be overwhelming; which i personally think is perfect for those who struggle with daily living activities like getting movement or sleeping. the design of the app is very pretty; with the characters being so adorable; and the community features really helped me more connected to those who struggle like me. yes, full access is around 40 dollars a year; but i honestly found it pretty worth it so far. there’s a little something for everyone; well done quabble team!! :)

### 5/5 — I love this app

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.35*

This app is soo so fun and has helped me with the time using it. It’s not boring and actually has stuff you can do for free that is helpful.

### 5/5 — The best app forme

*2026-07-17, version 2.7.34*

I love how I can express how I feel and it's very calming too. Also it makes my day more better

### 5/5 — Awesome !!!

*2026-07-14, version 2.7.34*

I love the daily album because you can talk to other people about what your going through and people can write advice or their experiences or you can just write happy things on it and get to know others and it’s great!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-07-14, version 2.7.34*

I have really bad anxiety and this app helped me get better and not the worry much

### 3/5 — Kinda let down

*2026-07-14, version 2.7.34*

I didn’t even get to try it. I really wish there was a free option. I was so exited to try it though… but I rated it middle because I bet it would be really good.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — なんかできない

*2026-09-06*

色々答えた後に灰色の画面になって進まないです

### 1/5 — Under 13 problem..

*2026-08-29, version 2.7.38*

One quick question why isn’t this app for 13 under I just downloaded it because I need serious help with my mental health but I choose to keep quiet and I thought this app would help me but clearly not you do understand that not just people over 13 can have depression suicidal intentions too right iv know people under 8 have depression and we can’t use this app??

### 1/5 — Doesn’t help mental health to be broke.

*2026-08-16, version 2.7.38*

Was told I’d be asked before the $50 subscription got charged after a free trial. Was not asked. Haven’t used app since first day. Can’t open app to just ask for help in getting my money back because then I would have to update it. So thank you for stressing me more. Rather than helping my mental health. 🥴

### 1/5 — Why need to pay?

*2026-08-06, version 2.7.38*

My question is why do we need to pay for Quabble when it’s supposed to help mental mental health?

### 1/5 — It’s basically for kids

*2026-07-15, version 2.7.34*

After trying this for a month, my overall impression is it’s a bit of a fun thing with content aimed at the 10-16 age range.

Anyone aged over that who is looking for genuine mental health relief will not find it here! The content is very shallow and it almost feels a bit like a primary school teacher telling a kid “oh dear are you sad today, let’s play a game to make you feel better”. That is honestly the best way I can describe it.

The bamboo forest where you write anonymous comments, words of encouragement or have a rant is completely misused. There isn’t even a function to select a preferred language so you get people messages in all sorts of languages.

A classic example is where a person asked for recommendations of a free ballet school!
I have no idea I don’t even know what country you are in! Plus what has that got to do with mental health. There is no moderation apart from the AI which is useless.

Mostly it’s teens writing about breaking up with their boyfriend who they have been dating for a week and how are they ever going to love someone again!

Or people wanting to know how to get this job or that job, with no experience or skills. A recent example was a post that said I want to work for myself and not be an employed slave but I’ve got no money, no experience, no qualifications and I don’t want to work for someone else, what do I do to make money!!! Honest that is the sort of comments that are made on a daily basis.

It’s like a mental health app Sesame Street style!

Oh and the sound is very buggy. With each update they either fix it until the next update breaks it again, or they make it worse.

### 1/5 — no

*2026-07-02, version 2.7.32*

it shows me free trial free trial TWICE during the sign up option and it asked me again even tho I said no Bai Bai!~

### 1/5 — Not free

*2026-03-04, version 2.6.41*

Subscription based and not worth it

### 1/5 — Rip-off

*2026-02-06, version 2.6.37*

I get a kick out of these “wellness” apps with a character mascot masquerading as warm and approachable and how this is a “good company” that cares about mental health and then hose the individual with a subscription service. Why can’t they charge a one and done and leave users the eff alone. Such freaking greedy subscription services that are no better than any other corporation. But actually worse, preys on people in their most vulnerable state. Gross. Overpriced for something that could be accomplished by a journey for a fraction of the cost plus you reduce your screen time that is probably contributing to the mental health issues in the first freaking place!

### 1/5 — WARNING

*2026-02-05, version 2.6.37*

This app is predatory. Before you get to using the app, you have to click through 10+ screens and it asks you to pay, before you even try the app. PLUS: You are automatically subscribed to their email newsletter and marketing emails. Instant delete.

### 1/5 — So good, sad it changed

*2026-02-02, version 2.6.37*

I loved using Quabble to just vent about my feelings or write down things to unwind before bed. One of my favorite features was the bamboo letter writing one, where you could he feedback or advice from other people. She they changed it to where you have to be a certain age, it was hard to find other people I could get advice from. Now I can no longer use the app because I cannot buy a subscription.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Please get this app if you're considering !!

*2026-08-30, version 2.7.38*

I switched over to this app from Finch, and it is SO much better... Finch was really overstimulating, but this app is so calming and nice.. It has really significantly helped my mental health and even physical !

I struggle with OCD and Schizoaffective (depressive type) (schizophrenia with depression) and anxiety, and this app has helped me greatly in handling that.

Setting goals has helped me stay on my medication and not forget to take em, it's helped me appreciate things more, and just so much more..

I would reccomend this app for ANYONE who is struggling mentally..

### 5/5 — AMAZING GAME!

*2026-08-30, version 2.7.38*

I love this game so much and I play it almost every day to improve my mental health! I would love to have flowers last longer though and to get more ducks for my duck because he’s so lonely 🥲. Anyways I would definitely recommend this game to others who are struggling. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-08-30, version 2.7.38*

I love this game so much the only thing I wish was for the flowers to last longer and have better workouts for people who don’t want to pay for better workouts!

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-08-27, version 2.7.38*

Amazing app! Helped me through one of the hardest periods of my life. Little duck is not annoying, everything is giving supportive and friendly vibe, easy to use, not overwhelming. I find a lot of the tool helpful. The only few things I d like to see improving: more decor, more locations, more movement tools, like tai chi.

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-08-25, version 2.7.38*

This app is very helpful and gets me through the times i may not want to be how i am in the moment. It’s very good for emergencies like mental breakdowns and anxiety attacks. Although, it does need good connection to the internet to actually load anything. That kinda pisses me off.

### 5/5 — 今のところ…

### 5/5 — This app is my 1

*2026-08-24, version 2.7.38*

It is delightful, reliable, free of ads, new features improve the experience, and is a cornerstone of my mental health. If I could pay them more money I would. Anything to keep this service going for years and years. This makes the world a better place.
