Bug fixes and improvements:

• Stricter email validation: both fields now require a valid address (local@provider.tld) — domains like @localhost or @duck (without TLD) are correctly rejected.
• Fixed Duck address auto-complete: you must now type the full address (e.g. yourname@duck.com) to avoid duplicate domain appending.
• Fixed a write loop on first launch.
• Long aliases no longer wrap: the result auto-shrinks to fit on one line.
