I can swipe left to see the trash bin but when I click on that trash bin, nothing happens. I get no notifications, the phone number for quadreal was entered wrong so you couldn’t click to call, and I see no benefit to this app over the old one. Now it won’t even open as it crashes immediately. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t recognize anything from the moment i signed the lease. *2023-06-20, version 1.6* My account has been locked and it says I'm not in the database! Just wanted to request for key duplicates but it doesn't work at all. Taking too much time for making a request online. ### 1/5 — App Is Broken *2023-04-30, version 1.5* Won’t allow me to login with my regular login details. Attempted to click “forgot password” but this brings me to a page that requires me to enter a password… doesn’t make sense. ### 1/5 — Cannot login *2023-04-04, version 1.4* I’m in the same boat as others. I simply cannot login to this app. I’ve logged out/in to the old QuadReal living app several times to confirm my password and it never works in this app. Also when you try to reset your password in this app it asks you for your password????? Reseted the password to another one and tried again. Same thing happened. Tried that 3 times and didn't work. ### 2/5 — Missing history and accessibility *2024-12-30, version 1.17* On the desktop you can view the maintenance history. This is important as you often want to see when you in a maintenance request that has not been responded to after months. The screen size is also very small so it is not an accessible option…even on iPad. Lastly the categories are so confusing…and adding a priority level makes no sense when things are not fixed for a year. ### 2/5 — Push notifications never work *2023-04-29, version 1.5* Okay app, useless vs the old one because push notifications don’t work.. even after reinstalling and fixing iPhone push notifications, will nothing. ### 2/5 — Can’t receive notifications *2023-04-18, version 1.5* The previous version worked really well. This version doesn’t allow me to receive notifications on my iPhone.
