Similarly, “Plank Posture Walking & Other Postures”! And this requires Doctor’s Approval! Quadrobics can misalign your back and can cause physical injury! Humans were not built to be completely flexible, similarly to Elastic Girl from The Pixar Studio’s Incredibles! I could climb a cat tower within two steps, but can’t fit within a cat bed! Need a bigger bed! I could climb up to the top of the solid built two story cupboard within the garage via the cat tower on the left! I could walk evenly on my hands and knees wearing soft shell knee braces! But, I’ve not gotten to the point of lifting up my two legs, except within my own bedroom on the floor mat along with practice leaps towards the pillows!
