I’ve contacted Quaker steak at least three times about the issue. It’s never been resolved and I don’t get the points! The app claims my email is invalid even though I receive emails! This is beyond frustrating and irritating. ### 1/5 — No stars rating *2020-02-26* Have never been able to get this to work. They spam me with emails, but can’t log in or do anything. Emailed support. Received a reply from Branden Blackmun, Sr. director of marketing, Travel Centers of America, TA Restaurant Group, Quaker Stek and Lube. This was over a month ago. He said he would dig into it. He rest my account, etc. Nothing still works. Requested password, never received. Still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Lacking *2020-02-09* This app is just “not good”. A reward program should have better and quicker access, qr options when paying and member numbers displayed ### 1/5 — Does not work *2020-01-12* The app would not let me place my order. Seriously!!!QS&lube don’t care so why should I! I think I will go elsewhere! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever! *2019-09-24* This is the worst app ever. I can’t even get it to let me sign in half the time and it tells me there are no restaurants in my area that do online ordering although there is on 15 minutes from my house! They don’t have prices on the menu and you’re just surprised by the price when you pick it up after you have to call in your order because you can’t do it online. I’ve never downloaded a more useless app. ### 1/5 — Oops Try again later *2019-09-01* I guess at this point the app deserves only a one star or less. That is, unless you are looking for an app that displays a message of “Oops, try again later” all the time. It would be nice if it actually displayed your points. I did have over 200 points, so enough for an entree, but would not have known if they hadn’t emailed me. The program is a little stingy. I have an app for a competitor, and it works flawlessly and only requires half the number of points for rewards. ### 1/5 — A joke *2019-04-14* Got an email explaining the program and I was so happy. Follow the directions sign up for the program. I got a different email saying download the app. I did. I was promised 50 points for sign up on line and 200 more points if the application was downloaded. Never got the 200 points. Walked into the restaurant had a GREAT lunch! To my surprise the restaurant said they don’t know how the program works. That in a week or so they be ready. Sounds okay, got no points but it is an okay excuse. Visited the restaurant again a week and half later and no one knows about the program or how it works. I emailed costumer service twice and no reply. So the program is a joke if no points are earned. I love the food but the point program it is bad ### 1/5 — Can’t give it a good rating when I can’t use it! *2019-04-02* Not sure what the problem is but this app repeatedly tells me that I don’t have a valid email address and won’t let me log in. First, my email works, secondly I already get emails from Quaker! I can’t give this a good rating when I can’t even login! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-11-23* To difficult to navigate an order, I ate at wingstop today because of the app ### 1/5 — 90’s Era Style Crap App *2022-11-13* “Hello 90’s and the terrible webpages that existed at the time”, is what you’ll be saying when you attempt to use this app to order food. The app loads an even more terribly designed webpage where navigation is abysmal, the font size is very tiny, and important functions such as resetting a password simply do not work. If I could award this -1 stars I would without question. A very lazy attempt to stay technologically relevant. ### 1/5 — App is horrible *2022-08-20* Well I WAS interested in ordering some wings but can’t seem to find any sauce info on the app so I decided to go online. That was just as bad. I had my order loaded and couldn’t get past checkout. For some reason it kept flashing and flashing after loading all of my cc info and customer info. No one at the stores have a clue how to use this app or sign up for rewards. I don’t know why they even created it! NOTHING WORKS! I’ve had it for over a year and try it from time to time to see if anything has been fixed, but nothing ever changes! This is the WORST, most totally USELESS restaurant app I’ve EVER seen and the developers are completely incompetent. If I were the parent company, I’d be ashamed to put this out in public! If I were put in charge of development for this app, not only would it work, but it would work WELL and would be very user-friendly! NOT WHAT I WANTED! Users are forced to use the website. There’s no Facebook login on the website. So now I have a login to a useless app and not to the place where I have to go to place an order. ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 2/5 — Ok, after some exploring *2022-12-22* At first, the app was very difficult to use. After some mishaps, restarts, and finagles, along with some cursing and phone squeezes, I was finally able to figure it out and order some food. Once I figured out how to navigate it, it became much easier to use. Not for people who aren’t a little tech savvy. Not user friendly at all. Definitely needs some changes made. ### 2/5 — Glitch much? *2019-05-08* Tried to order wings, picked my sauce and tried to add to cart. Wouldn’t let me add it to cart. Asked me to pick 2 more sauces. I tried to pick the same sauce again, but no luck. There wasn’t a way to pick more than one sauce. Why would you want more than one sauce if they aren’t being split anyway?? Makes no sense. Played with it for 25 minutes, got nowhere. Just called the restaurant to order. Less hassle.
