### 1/5 — Worst App EVER!! Do not download ever!

*2013-05-11*

This app. Never works and constantly freezes and stalls. Do not get this app or you will be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

### 1/5 — Crashes on sort by every time :(

*2012-03-18*

Please fix!

### 1/5 — What about Hawaii?

*2011-10-24*

I live in Hawaii and am disappointed I cannot move the map on the main page to look at Hawaii. Could u fix that. I would think it would be important to be able to see the pacific ring of fire ( I think that's what it's called). That's why I rated as a one star.

### 2/5 — It's broken!

*2013-08-05*

I used to check this app all the time. Lately it's stuck and just crashes! Need an update!

### 2/5 — What happened?

*2013-08-04*

I was enjoying this app every day and now when I open it, the app crashes and won't even open! GRRRR/

I just deleted it. BUt It was a great little app. PLease fix it and bring it back.

### 2/5 — Crashes On Setting Change

*2011-12-13*

Great until I wanted to change the settings. Crashes every time. So sad!

### 2/5 — Potential

*2011-11-06*

Shows promise, but not for me. Crashes each time I try to change settings. Deleted, rebooted, reinstalled, all with the same result.

### 3/5 — broken app

*2013-06-22*

I have enjoyed this app for a long time until the last year. it has not been able to open and has been stuck on the loading screen.

### 4/5 — Excellent App!

*2012-08-06*

I like this app. It's a little peace of mind, especially for my area, where we are not used to having seismic activity.
It would be nice if there was a notification for when we have had activity within a variable number of miles. Like in my area, within about 1000 miles would be good notice, but maybe some people would prefer within 500 or 100 miles. Depending on where someone lives and the frequency of their area, they could pick what works for them. It's not early warning yet, but it does tell us when there are overall patterns of activity to watch.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2011-03-14*

Very cool app! Even better because it's free.

## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good app

*2011-08-06*

Good app, does what it says it will do at a great price. Would like to see a push notification of all quakes over a magnitude set by the user.

### 5/5 — This is really cool

*2011-05-02*

Not much to say here, it does exactly what I expect it to do, and does it well. If I may offer a bit of criticism, perhaps you could change the word used to 'favorite' earthquakes. It could be a bit awkward if you have an earthquake that kills several people listed as a 'favorite'. Maybe 'save', or 'store this quake' instead. Also, I would like the scrolling on the map view to wrap around. Currently, it seems that the international date line appears to be the cutoff, and you can only approach it from one side or the other.

Overall, great app, especially for the price.

### 5/5 — say what

*2011-03-23*

hearthquakes every day

### 5/5 — The perfect app for earthquake info.

*2011-03-12*

It's really the perfect app. Not sure how it could be improved. Nicely done. Please don't add ads!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2010-11-13*

Quakes Live is a really useful way to view live quake info around the world. Its a very simple app, but what it does it does well. It's a great app to have around for if you feel a quake, you can pull this up and see how far away it happened.
