I see no one is actually using this app. There is no option to create an account.

The IOS and IPadOS 2FA is broken. If you select the auto-populated 2FA #, only the first number is accepted. Apple then automatically deletes the SMS which prevents use of the auto-populated 2FA.

This was a very useful app when we were buying our home, but it has now been showing 
ERR_NGROK_3200 for the past three days and I can't access my info through the app. I can online though, but I should be able to on the app and don't understand why it suddenly won't work anymore.

Qualia as a title software is fantastic. This app, on the other hand, is complete garbage. My username and password is correct according to my laptop, but not according to this app. Big disappointment. 😔
