## What is Qualified Capacity?

The warfighter depends on qualified capacity. The adversary is not waiting. 

Qualified Capacity™ is the operating standard for enduring supplier qualification in the Defense Industrial Base. The Assembly is where that base gathers. 

If it's not qualified, it's not capacity.™ 

Two moves, and only two. Get it — qualification, ability demonstrated. Keep it — hold Standing on ordinary days. A certificate is a photograph. Standing is a pulse. 

The Assembly is for the people accountable for qualified capacity: Department of War program offices carrying the requirement, primes qualifying their supply base, owners and operators running the shop, funds and family offices backing DIB suppliers, and the consultants, assessors, and providers who serve them.
