I know comments have been made as customers have asked if we have seen what they have written I can’t see anything ### 3/5 — Hot alert ticket *2026-06-06* Got a hit alert follows up, was able to add note but cannot close the ticket. The old system we used would ask for proof of purchase/ ask for pictures/ would actually code the calls correctly. Example a employee calls in to ask about a W-2 and instead of just passing the information over as a no fault of the store it’s coded as a complaint. Customers call in at any given time and the system immediately issues a vague response ( apologized and issued a coupon) the scammers have figured this out and are plaguing the system with false calls. My wife works for Wawa and they ask for proof of purchase/ pictures of food errors which she stated have cut their complaints by 85% because the system flushed out the fake claims Design a system that works!
