Was jedoch Fragen aufwirft ist, dass wenn man die Reservierung nochmals bestätigen soll, die Links jedesmal als unseriös gemeldet werden und sogar vor einem Datendiebstahl gewarnt wird. Das iPhone blockiert hier zwar zuverlässig, aber das wirkt nicht Vertrauenswürdig auf mich. Nun wurden mir aber ohne Grund 800 Punkte vom Support abgezogen und direkt wieder 50 für meine Rezension. Ich habe mich an den Support gewendet aber seit Wochen keine Antwort erhalten. Sehr unseriös. Es wäre wohl besser, sich eine andere App zu suchen. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Eine App, die nicht zu empfehlen ist, aber für viele Reservierung benötigt *2026-04-22, version 3.87* Diese App wird benötigt, um sich bei diversen Lokalitäten, eine Reservierung buchen zu können. Die App Oberfläche ist weder intuitiv, noch sinnvoll oder praktikabel. Sie ist sehr langsam, zum Beispiel Eingabe einer Reservierung, Erfolgsmeldung, da wird viel Anführungsstriche gefeiert. Anführungsstriche anstatt einfach angezeigt Reservierung getätigt, dann könnte man einfach das Bild nach unten legen und die nächste Reservierung vornehmen oder seine Suche sta bis das Ganze fertig ist und man dann endlich weitermachen kann. Aber Vorsicht, aus eigener Erfahrung, wer zu viele Reservierung hintereinander anlegt, wird von deren System gesperrt, was auch im folgenden Problemen bereitet, wenn man seine Punkte einlösen will und auch bei den Punkte einlösen, versucht das Unternehmen alles, um einen nicht bezahlen zu müssen. Ich habe das erst kurzfristig im eigenen Leib erfahren, ebenso ein Bekannter von mir, da wurden sogar Belege angefordert, dass man auch wirklich essen gegangen ist, weil man bezichtigt wurde, man würde keinen echten Account haben. Tja, sollte es nicht arrogant klingen, aber nicht jeder kann es sich eben leisten, täglich essen zu gehen, andere können das, und auch wenn es nicht ums Geld geht, wenn angeboten wird, dass man für 1000 Punkte zehn Euro bekommt, dann nimmt man das gerne mit. Und wenn ich im Monat mehrere 100 € in Restaurants lasse, dann ergibt sich eben daraus auch eine höhere Rückzahlung. naja wie auf dem sei, das Ganze haben wir jetzt mal den Verbraucherschutz gemeldet, es wird aber an der Handhabung der App und der Programmierung nichts ändern, denn dafür sind die Programmierer zuständig und die gehen leider nicht auf Gemälde. Doof nur dass man sich jedes Mal anmelden muss das ist nicht sehr nutzerfreundlich. Besonders nervig ist die aufdringliche Werbung: man kann treuepunkte verdienen. Diese sind erst ab 10 Euro wert einsetzbar. Jedes Mal bevor der Wert erreicht wird verschwinden diese jedoch und man fängt wieder bei 0 an.
