They claimed my deposit was retuned but the money has never been received by my bank. Quanloop have refused multiple times to provide any details of the payment to me. They refuse to refund my 500 euro and even suggested I make another deposit. The only improvements I’d suggest is that the website shows more information than the app, so it would be nice to bring everything together into the app. I feel like there’s a better visual way to show the credits tab than the sliding coloured blocks.
