This is due to the colour combination I believe. Really helpful app with lot many features to play around with. i have not yet used the complete features available. The in app videos definitely helps someone better understand the features as well. Keep up the good work👍👍👍 ### 4/5 — A new way to learn option trading, interactive platform *2021-12-04, version 1.3.40* I am just learning in bits but then also one year back I again have subscribed the app although still I am learning but the concepts are good the experts are giving the best advice and their experience, there are videos, seminars, and many more, this could be very informative for working people like me , however what generally is done in option market is writing options that might be universal good practice, but here I have found some interesting videos on how options price works when to buy options rather then writing and when not to, one example of my learning was from jyoti mam , the jodi bhav…and other concepts from other experts like strategic buildings in option one concept the butterfly concept. Overall every time new learning and good experience. Despite paying ₹36,000 for the subscription, the kind of support and service one would expect from such a premium product is completely missing. Their customer support is practically non-existent. No proper guidance, no timely resolution, and no accountability. For a platform that charges a significant amount, this is just unacceptable. If you’re considering investing in Quantsapp, especially in higher-tier packages, I strongly suggest you think twice. There are other platforms offering much better support and service at lower prices. I expected professionalism and value for money — unfortunately, I received neither. ### 1/5 — Unreliable service only sales tactics - Not Recommended *2024-10-17, version 1.6.0* This company is highly untrustworthy. Their focus is solely on selling memberships, with little to no customer support once you sign up. They immediately ask new members to leave a 5-star rating in the app store. After that, they start bombarding you with calls, trying to sell paid courses. When you reach out for assistance, they may schedule a meeting but fail to follow through with a call or response. They even have the audacity to say, "We are very busy, so you'll have to manage. We’ve lots of work and clients to support." I do not recommend this company at all. ### 1/5 — This is about Quantsapp’s service. *2023-07-30, version 1.3.75* I have been sent this mail many times to Quantsapp’s customer support team but unfortunately nobody is there to solve your problems. Plz read my review and before taking there subscription, be ensured from them to provide support and solutions to problems in Quantsapp’s. Below is Email sent by me to Quantsapp’s but no solution given.. Hello Sir/Ma’am I am Quantsapp’s pro+ annual subscriber. I purchased your subscription in hope that my trading will be better but unfortunately it’s going worsen due to some technical support not available which are really really needed. 1. Lack of availability of multiple chart in your charts/ order & trade section, and some times delay in update of candle in chart. 2. 3 minutes time frame chart is not available on your charts/ order & trade section 3. No availability of Sensex derivatives data in charts/ order & trade section. Another things in that spot chart is not available, if above 3 things will be fixed by u then it’s totally fine with fut chart I hope u will understand those challenges by which myself and others are suffering. So plz fix these issues as soon as possible so that subscribers can take maximum benefits of ur fabulous platform. You have refresh window everyday to start live data, bank nifty chart data is wrong in morning. Also many time I found that live feed stop on chart during the day. I have informed this issue with Quantsapp team about a month ago but they are not able to solve these issues. They have upgraded version 2 times but still no where near to solve this issue. Looks like it beyond their capacity, please don’t waste your money on the buying subscription. ### 1/5 — Worst Service Ever *2020-09-24, version 1.3.22* Friends, Please do not waste your money on Quants services. I have lost money on their calls, very unprofessional team, they will never resolve issues rather keep on lingering it on to bring your frustration at the peak. They will give you buying rate which has already crossed and will ask to book profit when rate has already come down. Overall you will be in loss and will get frustrated. Now I have many known to me who subscribed their services and now repenting. If you try to reach Shubham to get your issues resolved, he will simply block you instead of resolving issues. Thanks ### 1/5 — Worst Advisory Service *2020-08-11, version 1.3.21* Guys.....pls stay away from Quantsapp Advisory services.....they charge hefty amount and you cannot even recover the advisory fees....I have registered for their Fast Track Option Advsy and paid around 28k(including taxes) for 3 months......In these 3 months I have religiously followed their calls and have only recovered half the amount I have paid them....Such pathetic services....As I have faced this I do not want others to get their money wasted on quantsapp,rest is upon your discretion...I wish there was a provision of giving zero rating... ### 2/5 — Useful, but annoying and pricey *2022-11-19, version 1.3.60* One really informative made app, made worse only by incessant calling of their associates to buy subscription, and also it’s exorbitant pricing. Most useful features are available on other platforms at less than half the price. Although, it could have been made better by reducing the number of apps it shows on the main page as it might confuse users as it did to me. Also, too many apps like such confused me to make use of them as all looked similar. The pricing seems a little too steep so didn’t opt for in-app purchase. I might think about subscribing if it offers a single feature or collection of few features at a little cheaper subscription model. ### 3/5 — Good service and tools but the app needs work *2022-09-28, version 1.3.56* I have been using there services for over a week now. And still trying to learn all the tools they give. But the data they are providing is very good. Specially the advanced order data. It definitely gives you a conviction in your trades which has helped me in a couple of trades already. The only thing that is bothering/preventing me from using there charts and data all the time is the lacuna in their mobile app. The app is not able to keep its data in the background specially the chart. Whenever I leave the app and come back it resets.
