If you open a claim and you go back you go back to the beginning and have to reset the filters. Doesn’t open the pre-auth letters. The messages are very hard to track when you get responses. It says they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours and that’s not even close. The app and the desktop/website versions are totally different. Overall? This is the worse app. I’ve spent the entire day (a few hours) looking for a primary physician and all the phone numbers and location in my area are either disconnected, no longer in service, or not accepting new patients. These are very basic information and they can’t even get that right. I ended up going to anthem directly for PCP search and the first doctors in the list had the correct phone number, address, and is accepting new patients. Tons of bugs. Wish my employer used something else.
