### 1/5 — This App is horrible!!!!!

*2015-03-02, version 2014.5.0.15*

It won't load any chart correctly and is always giving an error message. Don't understand how you are supposed to use it if it does not work correctly absolutely ridicluous and the tech support is no help either. I suggest that you really work on this app to make it better because its very frustrating to keep getting an error message everytime you try to do something.

### 1/5 — I'd give 0 stars if I could

*2015-02-03, version 2014.5.0.15*

Your APP is totally useless. I deleted it over a year ago, then tried it again this AM.

I can't get it to work and when I called your support number, SHE COULDNT EITHER.

I'll not waste my time or device memory on this. The only help your device is providing me is assisting the rise in my blood-pressure!

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2015-01-02, version 2014.5.0.11*

App will not open on my I pad 3

### 1/5 — Not sure

*2014-11-13, version 2014.4.0.64*

We used the earlier version of Quest Diagnostics and it worked great, but now that it's been replaced with this, I'm not impressed. There's no link to set up an account, so sort of pointless to have this app. IF that happens to get fixed and we can use the all,I'll gladly delete this and write a good review

### 1/5 — Failure

*2014-10-15, version 2014.3.0.62*

This app, on my iPhone, works beautifully but will not let me login on my iPad. Thankfully it works somewhere.

### 1/5 — Worse physician EMR

*2014-09-19, version 2014.3.0.62*

CARE 360 is unreliable, no user support, down most of the day with unscheduled "maintenance". On going reliability for the last month. Wait endlessly for patient chart to open and labs appear. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN. Compromises patient care.

### 1/5 — Still lot of issues

*2014-09-19, version 2014.3.0.62*

Still logs you out constantly and not a great system. Prescriptions are good, but we can't wait to move to a more robust system this summer.
Update - 0 stars! The system has not worked worth a crap since July. Do NOT get this EHR.

### 1/5 — Useless!

*2014-08-22, version 2014.3.0.62*

Can't even register if you don't have a login & password. Totally useless!

### 1/5 — Doesn't do much useful

*2014-07-10, version 2014.3.0.62*

I need to be able to download or print lab reports and this program doesn't do that. How difficult can it be to access a PDF of the lab report? The only thing I can do with this program is look at the results and mark them reviewed. My charting and work is done on iPad, so that means I have to wait until I get home to do any work involving labs on my computer there. I'll just start having Quest fax the results to me. That gives me a file that I can save, print, or whatever I need to do from my iPad. Uninstalling.

### 1/5 — .

*2014-06-29, version 2014.3.0.62*

Still unable to log in on iPad. App works fine on iPhone. Useless if you are unable to log in.

### 1/5 — Do Not Bother

*2014-06-22, version 2014.2.0.47*

iPad app does not work....
1. Will not allow a new account
2. Will not accept a working iPhone account credentials
3. obviously the web developers don't look at the reviews...must think highly of themselves

### 1/5 — Useless

*2014-06-20, version 2014.2.0.47*

Can't sign in, works well on iPhone but not on ipad

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2014-06-10, version 2014.2.0.47*

App will not log in to service

### 1/5 — Unusable app

*2014-05-29, version 2014.2.0.47*

This app will not allow me to create an account. I can't view my results or schedule an appointment. So I ask, what's the point of this app?

### 1/5 — Can't sign in!

*2014-05-21, version 2014.2.0.47*

Please fix this problem, can sign in on 4th gen. Ipod, can't sign in on IPad Air. Always says sign in failure.

### 1/5 — Won't login via app, but works via browser.

*2014-05-14, version 2014.2.0.47*

What's the point of the app if I can't login? Same credentials work via a browser.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stay away from this EMR

*2022-12-05, version 2022.4.0*

I am in my office and have 30 people to see today and I cannot see anyone because over the weekend they messed up the program so badly that the program will not run. They do not care how much they hurt my business!! I cannot think of anything good to say about them now!!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2017-11-19, version 2017.3.2*

Be nice if I can create a account!

### 1/5 — TERRIBLE APP FOR PATIENT

*2017-04-19, version 2016.3.1*

Patient has to wait until doctor gets information before patient gets info! Then when patient gets info it may read INCREASE AND GIVE YOU NO NUMBERS TO COMPARE INCREASE! TERRIBLE APP! AND YOU CANNOT GET INFO UNTIL YOUR DOCTOR GETS IT FIRST! And QUEST WILL HAUNT YOU FOR PAYMENT!!! Going to LAB COR TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE!
QUEST IS NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY!

### 1/5 — SECURITY BREECH

*2016-12-13, version 2016.2*

NEW YORK TIMES - A medical laboratory company based in New Jersey said Monday that it was investigating a recent hack that exposed the personal health information of about 34,000 people.

An “unauthorized third party” gained access to names, dates of birth, lab results and, in some cases, telephone numbers on Nov. 26 through a mobile health app that gives patients access to lab results and other information, according to the company, Quest Diagnostics, which is based in Madison, N.J.

I deleted the app and my account until I see a resolution and an update to the application to fix the vulnerabilities.

### 1/5 — Can't log in

*2016-09-08, version 2016.1*

Downloaded app to my IPad but could not log into my existing account. Could not create new account. When I contacted MyQuest support I was told app doesn't work on IPad, only Iphone or computer. Why is this app even available if it doesn't work?

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2016-02-13, version 2015.3.1.4678*

Love the iPhone version but this will not allow a login from my iPad Pro. No login button on the screen and login fails using GO button on keyboard

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2015-12-09, version 2015.3.1.4678*

What's the point of this app if you use paper charts or have another EHR? Their EHR is too expensive and time consuming, and without their EHR this app is not helpful, just takes up space.

### 1/5 — App is a POS

*2015-08-23, version 2015.1.0.23*

This piece of junk won't open on iPad or iPhone. How irresponsible Quest launches an app on the weekend that won't open. Fire whoever launches the junk.

### 1/5 — This app is for doctors and hospitals only. That should be stated on the app display.

*2015-08-19, version 2015.1.0.23*

I wasted almost 30 minutes for a technical person to pick up my call only to be told this app is not for patients. Only doctors and hospitals. I was told to download the MY QUEST app to access my results. THERE IS NO MY QUEST app for an iPad. If I could give zero stars I would.

### 1/5 — Will not open on my ipad

*2015-04-13, version 2015.1.0.23*

I have 4 apple devices, and can only access my quest (the old app) from an old iphone. I have used the app on my devices before now it doesn't work.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wow

*2011-09-15, version 2011.1.1076*

This most recent version is even better than the last. My colleagues and I use this app daily. I don't understand why the previous reviewer is having problems.

Sometimes seeing is believing. This is the way practicing medicine on the iPad is supposed to be. A convenient way to have patient records in hand, in front of patients or on call.

The navigation is as easy as one would expect, taking good advantage of the iPad's user interface.

The virtual desk look is very appealing and I really enjoy novel approaches like pages and charts flipping open and the ability to customize where chart contents appear.

I can't wait to see what's next!

### 5/5 — Incredible Execution

*2010-10-27, version 0*

This is one of the best apps I've ever seen in terms of simplicity and style. In addition to the animations, the scripts are nice and polished. Results are easy to view, and the charts are an extremely nice touch. It's easy to find where to go, and patients love it!

### 5/5 — Outstanding app

*2010-10-25, version 0*

This application is brilliantly designed and take the lead in presenting information for usage by physicians in eRx and EMR. The interface is the best I have ever used in the HealthCare IT environment, and beautifully demonstrates that less is more. Getting lab results for a single or group of patients is very intuitive, and the ability to quickly display trends in a graphical format is an excellent patient education tool.

The ability to ePrescribe from an iPad is very well implemented, and I found it easier and quicker than trying to phone in prescriptions after hours or on weekends. It is the best eRx tool there is to date for its intended use.

The design of the interface, selection of graphical elements, and ability to customize are perfectly implemented.

Some reviewers may criticize the lack of ability to print the records, but that is irrelevant in this first release in the iPad that does not yet support printing that easily. There is no doubt, with the programmers who wrote this application, that printing will be added as soon as it is feasible.

### 5/5 — Great App for Patient Management

*2010-10-22, version 0*

Quest Diagnostics has made a great app for interfacing with their Care360 Labs and Meds application. First off the interface is very intuitive, and I found it very easy to navigate through the app to access everything from Lab Results, to e-Prescribing, to Allergies, and more.

### 4/5 — Need to add print or fax result function.

*2014-05-10, version 2014.2.0.47*

This app functions very, but it would be helpful to be able to print the full result report.

### 4/5 — Almost there

*2012-04-15, version 2012.1.1000635*

We use iPads as our primary interface. The app is good if you're an MD but weak for support staff. Triage cannot update or refill prescriptions from the app wasting precious time using a desktop which defeats the point of mobility within the office.
A full printing capability for all data not just prescriptions from the app is needed.
Otherwise, it is superior to all other EHRs in versatility. No slow windows HP tablets or rude desktops in rooms. Battery performance of the newer iPad and it's dictation function built-in are difference. No $500 outlay for Dragon.....thanks Apple.

### 3/5 — This is not the app for patients to access their own info.

*2015-07-14, version 2015.1.0.23*

This isn't the app to get your info as a patient. Quest can do a better job making that clear, it would only take a single dialog box

### 3/5 — Billing

*2013-05-19, version 2013.1.1.24*

We really need a billing option on the iPad as well . The physicians and nurses can do everything but complete the encounter by finishing with billing.

### 2/5 — It’s not just the app that is lacking

*2020-06-14, version 2020.2.0*

The app could be much better. But the entire EMR is woefully outdated. It was of the earliest EMRs, but it has not evolved to meet current electronic health record needs. It is cumbersome, counterintuitive, features are buried so deeply that they cannot be found, and tech support is poor.
I have been using this system for 9 years and have decided to move on. The system itself is now the biggest reason for inefficiency in the daily operation of the practice.

### 2/5 — Crashing up

*2015-04-20, version 2015.1.0.23*

The earlier apps functioned ok. The last two versions crash when data entry is being made, previewing a note or changing templates. Tech support was made aware but the problem persists after 2 months
