They have multiple entries for most of them and those entries are not organized by date. I end up having to open 10 to 15 entries sometimes to find recent labs. The labs only trend if they are part of that entry, making the otherwise useful graph feature, not so useful. I love being able to pull up labs on my phone but for patients with frequent labs or those that have been long-established, it is a headache. ### 4/5 — Considerable improvements *2021-01-06, version 2020.4.0* When I first started trying to use this app, it was problematic. However with this most recent update, This app is actually very simple to use. The data is accurate but not presented in a way that is very clear. By clicking on full report one can get a more clear presentation. ### 2/5 — Little improvement in iPad app *2020-12-10, version 2020.4.0* I still have to complete my note on the desktop version of Quanum and can’t approve controlled substances. We have been unable to see patients for the last 2 days due to maintenance issues and no response from the company! We have been long term users and they dumped us when we failed PQRS and MU despite paying the extra money for their services. The iPad app was the only redeeming quality. ### 1/5 — update process is horrible *2017-05-09, version 2017.1* un-anounced updae required through i tunes is a beast to try and do. my systen is down for 2 days while the help desk is eigther busy or working on "bankers hours" thank God I'm only using the Rx writing service and not the EMR ### 2/5 — It's 2017: Time for fingerprint login don't you think? *2017-05-03, version 2016.3.0* One of the few HIPAA companies compliant medical apps hanging tightly onto the past and not allowing the user to simply launch securely using fingerprint recognition. Very very very very annoying to have to type in username and password every time the app is launched. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work on iPhone anymore?? *2015-08-24, version 2015.2.2627* This was a great app until the latest update, which is telling me it now only works with iPad. This totally defeats the purpose for me. I need to be able to check labs from my phone wherever I am. I am not going to carry an iPad around all the time. I am very disappointed about this change and hope they allow iPhone functionality again very soon. Now says only compatible with iPad which makes it unusable. When (rarely) that it actually opens it tells me my password is invalid, when the same username and password opens Quest Care 360 account in Chrome. I tried calling customer service, spend 45 mins on hold. "Still" not fixed. No customer support. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disgusting *2022-09-24, version 2022.3.0* As a doctor I have to say this App upgrades are worse than cancer! Each so called upgrade is a disgraceful act. It cuts from previous versions functionality. This last one I lost graph capability. That used to be a great tool for showing patients on iPhone how their health is doing. Now gone. The programmers’ paranoid fears have forced unnecessary upgrades for “ security” so bad that after few upgrades then you have to throw your phone away and get a new one. All absolutely nonsense. Already when you are on an iPhone platform even iPhone 6, research has shown you can not break in it by hacking even using old softwares. But fear and wanting to have a job has caused terrible care for patients and burden to doctors. Somebody needs to stop these harmful behavior. Their cure by these upgrades is worse than the disease itself and has caused more harm. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-01-09, version 2021.3.0* I cannot log into Quest Quanum due to a prompt to download latest version. I deleted last app from my library, reloaded the same app from Apple App, where it says latest version 30d ago, and the message is unchanged. I have no access to my patients’ results…USELESS ### 1/5 — Needs help! *2021-08-14, version 2021.1.0* The web version is phenomenal the APP not so much! This app needs to be revamped; first of all there should be a dashboard - that can allow you everything the online version offers .. schedule pick up - supplies etc … most of us in healthcare are on the move and need one click options, for this day and age were apps are a must this one is way behind what current apps from other providers can do … Please invest into this app; and make this user friendly and have tools available. ### 1/5 — Not compatible with other labs *2021-02-02, version 2020.4.0* Too many problems, many interruptions throughout the day.
