## What is Quarko?

Quarko is a calm home for real puzzle games. Twelve of them, each a full game with its own levels, art, and rules, all inside one app.

Match colors the way your eye actually sees them in Spectile. Sort particles by nature's own rules in Sortropy. Play with light, mirrors, and splitters in Lumika. Trace charged fields through ordered gates in Magnetar. Grow and steer living cellular patterns in Genesis. Solve wordless deduction puzzles in Deduce. Color a map so no neighboring regions match in Terra. Uncover a hidden rule from right and wrong answers in Augur. Place seeds to shape regions in Voronoi. Rotate fragments until their shadow matches a silhouette in Umbra. Twist wedge shapes until an impossible outline appears in Kanixa. Turn coupled rotors into a solved pattern in Gyre.

Every game gives you two ways to play. Levels is a real campaign that gets harder as you go. Endless has three difficulty tiers you can return to any time, day or night.

On top of that, Quarko adds Today's Observation, a puzzle you can solve once a day, a streak that rewards showing up, hints when you get stuck, and a Sky map that lights up as you clear more of each game.

No reading walls, no pressure, no clock ticking unless you want one. Quarko is built to be picked up for two minutes or two hours, understood by looking rather than reading, and played completely offline.

Free to play all twelve games. A hint costs 10 Quanta, and Quanta come from clearing levels and from Today's Observation. Quarko Complete, an optional one-time unlock, makes hints free and doubles your daily reward, and it is never required to finish a level.

Quarko has been playable in six languages for a while, but the App Store page only ever said English. That is fixed.
Plus the usual tidying inside.

Settings now has a Rate Quarko row, so you can leave a review whenever you feel like it.
If a puzzle list ever fails to load, you get a Retry button instead of a dead end.
Smaller download, and a few things tidied up inside.

Twelve small things you can feel:

The star count on the home screen and the one in The Sky finally agree. Terra gives your hints back when you restart a level, like the other games always did. Sortropy's campaign now pays Quanta, and the Daily Observation stopped calling itself Endless.

Instructions no longer get cut off at large text sizes, the restart and settings buttons have proper VoiceOver names, and the download is about 15 MB lighter.

Lists and grids now fade out softly at the edge instead of stopping on a hard line, so it is easier to see when there is more to scroll.
