I saw they had a deal to get the platinum package for $2, so I went ahead and paid for that so I could try it out despite the demo not working. They changed my card but nothing changed within the app and didn’t show that I had paid. I tried multiple times to restore my purchase within the settings tab, but it would just show the spinning “loading” icon and wouldn’t let me do anything from there. My only option was to completely kill the app and restart it, but still no changes. I then realized it never prompted me to create an account before they charged my card. I tried creating an account to see if I could link that to my purchase, but every time I tried creating an account password it gave me an error message stating I needed to add numbers to my password (which already contained numbers). I tried multiple password/number combinations but still received the same error message. Literally nothing I could do from there. I emailed their support team (which I had to do from their website because the contact us link in the app doesn’t work either), but still haven’t received a response from them 6 hours later. My email was sent on a Friday morning and should have been within their business hours. Don’t waste your time on this app, nothing functions correctly and they will take your money regardless. ### 5/5 — Help me *2024-01-19* Can u help me how to do season mode to play and snap and demo please someone help us ### 3/5 — Error *2024-01-05* Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem but when I tried to load into the demo or into a season game, it says Error: Unable to complete SSL connection.
