If you want to save long term this is great, but if you’re using it as an emergency fund, I would move the money ASAP to an outside account. **Developer response:** Hi MisSynn90, Thanks for taking the time to write this, and you're right to expect an emergency fund to be reachable in an emergency. We'd want the same. Worth clarifying: cashing out of Quber takes 1 business day. The 5 days you experienced is the incoming deposit clearing at the bank, which is a standard hold on money moving in and only applies to a deposit that hasn't settled yet. Once your balance has cleared, it's a day away. ### 1/5 — Lack of support *2026-07-24* They need a phone number and someone to walk you through some things. I write emails, but I really need help with obtaining funds from my account. It also takes 5 days to get them back once I figure out how to get it back. **Developer response:** Hi there, we have a live chat option that you can use through the week 9-5pm ET. Every saving goal has a Cashout button which you can tap to get your money back. After you tap the Cashout buttion, it takes 1-3 business days to receive your money. The only funds you may have trouble accessing is any earned incentives that are locked by your employer or money that has not cleared in our system yet, meaning the transfer is still in progress. All other funds are always accessible. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-07-13* So the app isn’t working for me. I work at Amazon and this app is offered to us. BUT I can’t sign up because when I try to tap NEXT it doesn’t let me and it’s not working **Developer response:** Amazon is only offered in Canada for now, that is why you cannot find Amazon under Organizations in the US. ### 5/5 — Super helpful *2026-07-10* I joined the QUBER app through my job, and it turned out to be a savings program I couldn’t pass up. The $1-for-$1 savings match was an amazing benefit, and I was able to take advantage of it twice. I also won one of the $50 raffle prizes they offer, which was a great bonus.QUBER is a fantastic app that makes saving money easy and motivating. The majority of them are updates for money movement so people know when to have money in their account for upcoming withdrawals. You do have the option to turn them off though, under Settings. Update: 2 months to my goal date, and I have saved 2x as much as I expected. Will be continuing to do this as an emergency fund. ### 1/5 — Please be careful. *2026-03-08* They are not honest whatsoever. I was told I was put in a “savings challenge”. Then taken out of it bc my employer said being PRN and not full time was ineligible, however they didn’t foreclose that information prior to taking funds out of my checking acct and transferring them into the program. Then the initial incentive money was taken back, however MY money is still sitting and was informed I can’t even begin to get my money “cashed out” for 5 more days, even though it cleared my bank 3 days ago! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.
