Pretty irritating!! **Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for your review and feedback on notifications. The majority of them are updates for money movement so people know when to have money in their account for upcoming withdrawals. You do have the option to turn them off though, under Settings. I used this App greatly in the first years ! I used to do the challenges to get the promised returned at the end. It worked for me and help me be disciplined to save. I now understand that there is an APY being paid monthly in the saving jars which can be beneficial for some but for me doesn’t bring the same value. It’s too bad I loved the set challenge with a promise specific return ! I write emails, but I really need help with obtaining funds from my account. It also takes 5 days to get them back once I figure out how to get it back. **Developer response:** Hi there, we have a live chat option that you can use through the week 9-5pm ET. Every saving goal has a Cashout button which you can tap to get your money back. After you tap the Cashout buttion, it takes 1-3 business days to receive your money. The only funds you may have trouble accessing is any earned incentives that are locked by your employer or money that has not cleared in our system yet, meaning the transfer is still in progress. All other funds are always accessible. ### 1/5 — Not working *2026-07-13* So the app isn’t working for me. I work at Amazon and this app is offered to us. BUT I can’t sign up because when I try to tap NEXT it doesn’t let me and it’s not working **Developer response:** Amazon is only offered in Canada for now, that is why you cannot find Amazon under Organizations in the US. ### 1/5 — Please be careful. *2026-03-08* They are not honest whatsoever. I was told I was put in a “savings challenge”. Then taken out of it bc my employer said being PRN and not full time was ineligible, however they didn’t foreclose that information prior to taking funds out of my checking acct and transferring them into the program. Then the initial incentive money was taken back, however MY money is still sitting and was informed I can’t even begin to get my money “cashed out” for 5 more days, even though it cleared my bank 3 days ago! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. Eligibility for employer incentive programs is determined and documented by the employer, and in some cases employment status may make a user ineligible. The App Tells You You Have to Join A Organization To Join To Sign Up. **Developer response:** Hi Britney, QUBER is a financial wellness benefit offered by employers to help their employees build an emergency fund and save for other short terms goals. Most times, the employer is matching a portion of their savings. You might be able to connect us with your employer to see if they'd be interested in rolling out the program. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother; waste your money *2023-03-07, version 2.1.28* This is nothing but a scam. They cost you more money than they save you IF they save you squat! I remember now why i deleted this app and stopped using it. STOP stealing my money! ### 1/5 — Can’t get passed “find your organization” *2023-02-06, version 2.1.25* Downloaded the app. Opened it and it says choose your country. Click Canada. Then it says Does your organization offer a QUBER match based savings program. There is only a “yes” option. Can’t continue from there. My company doesn’t have that option. At first I thought it was my bank they were asking for. So I’m stuck there. Not impressed as of yet. ### 1/5 — Seriously ? *2020-01-24, version 1.12.5* Freezing app, not in french, gives nothing new from what you can do alone with your bank account ### 1/5 — Confusing *2019-11-25, version 1.11.7* Getting access to money that has been saved is slow (5-7 days or longer) and confusing. Money that has been saved in a “jar” goes into limbo on its way to the “vault” with delays at each stage. There are now fees and restrictions on withdrawing money. Sorry, but I’m out. Edited to add: Thank you for your quick response, though I feel that your response to my review is incorrect and misleading. I was in contact with your support staff after reading your response. They confirmed by email that I am still owed a cash out of $908 that I requested 7 days ago. In my experience, cashouts have indeed taken 5-7 days despite your claim. As well, your terms of service note that there is a charge of $0.50 for cashouts when the amount is less than $20, and also noted that cancellation of withdrawals takes five days notice. ### 2/5 — Good and bad *2026-08-11* In a true emergency, cashing out in 5 days is just not plausible. If you want to save long term this is great, but if you’re using it as an emergency fund, I would move the money ASAP to an outside account. **Developer response:** Hi MisSynn90, Thanks for taking the time to write this, and you're right to expect an emergency fund to be reachable in an emergency. We'd want the same. Worth clarifying: cashing out of Quber takes 1 business day. The 5 days you experienced is the incoming deposit clearing at the bank, which is a standard hold on money moving in and only applies to a deposit that hasn't settled yet.
