Absolutely appalling app. I’ve several of these apps for various EV chargers, this is BY FAR the most terrible. Trying to connect the device is simply impossible, to the point at which I’ve refused to pay the installer. I’ve been left with a £2k bill for something I cannot use. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely terrible charger. Does not do what it says on the box and the app is useless. Just doesn’t work as it should. I’m very disappointing..

i have had the charger for almost a year and i use it to charge manually as soon as i have parked my car at work . it’s has been nothing but irregular, one day it will start straight away the next day it will just say charging paused and leave me with a flat battery . it is a pain in the backside and the help pages make no sense at all

The charging history doesn’t allow a simple csv export, so for business purposes this is incredibly labour intensive. The overall app is very confusing and requires a complete overhaul.

Cannot “Enable” the charger even after following the Quick Start Guide in YouTube. App gives no clue.

Very problematic in terms of response when asking for certain operation. Found if you set a timer it works but when wanting to turn on manually it doesn’t respond. Tried on numerous occasions and still doesn’t work. Requires rectifying, as this app is a massive let down compared to other makes out in the market

Lived in my house almost a year. With this stupid ev charger. It still will not connect to the app so am unable to charge my car. 
It says its timed out every single time i try and set it up. We brought a stronger wifi and it still will not connect. I’ve tried everything. It does not connect at all. Theres no-one to contact about it either! Really fed up.

Had the charger installed a week ago and have tried to schedule overnight charging twice. It only partially worked the second time.

The interface is just gobbledegook and it doesn’t seem to know how much charge there is in my car so I have no idea without going outside and looking at the dashboard display whether it has genuinely worked (it says it’s used X amount of electricity but what does that mean?)

I just want an image of a battery and a % to show how full it is, how much it’s cost to charge it and how many kWh has been out in. The rest is superfluous.

Got this charger installed yesterday and have to say the app is utterly rubbish, not user friendly and clunky. A simple thing like a place to put the cost of your electric unit so you can see how much you were charged for each charging session seems like a simple request but all you get is how many kw/h you have used. What good is that to anyone so now I will have to sit and calculate manually how much each charge costs. Other apps seem to have this as standard absolute drivel and I am now thinking of sending this back and replacing with an Ohme

Fully agree with the other review - impossible install. Paid for a piece of unusable tat and still having to use public chargers 
Both the app and the actual charger are cheap tat

Reset the Wi-Fi first (press button until you get a bleep). Enter Wi-Fi password and then you are up and running.

Can get the appliance to charge manually but the schedule option doesn’t work which is really disappointing when I have a cheaper tariff after midnight purposely to charge my car. Called them 4-5 times and they kept asking me to change settings here and there but still doesnt work in the schedule setting

Clunky, not intuitive and even when installed it was not actually obvious it was complete.
Navigation is tricky and again not intuitive.
Needs a refresh and maybe some help options (other than an email address) for help.

I installed the latest version of the software last night and all of a sudden my charger is in a fault state.  Not impressed.
