Downloads only one minute of clip but shows 3 minutes of clip. Constant permission demands for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, local network, and precise location just to access a dashcam is ridiculous. Pairing is unstable, connections randomly fail, and retrieving footage becomes a headache exactly when you need it most. A dashcam should prioritize reliability and instant access, not force users through endless app and permission nonsense. ### 1/5 — Useless App, Cant see trip recordings *2026-05-10* The absolute worst app. A UI disaster in the making, cant see the recordings, even when the app says it is available. Only timelaps works, and it is useless. The device heats up a lot during use, and the app UI is complicated, laggy, and often gets stuck while downloading footage. In urgent situations, accessing recordings quickly is nearly impossible—you’re forced to remove the memory card and search manually, which is very inconvenient. ADAS features are inaccurate and can’t be relied upon. Also, the resolution is mostly stuck on 4K, with limited or inconsistent options to switch to lower settings. Overall, poor usability and reliability. No complaints about hardware at all. Bought the product last month, they sent a technician to install it after a few days. Took about 20 minutes to install. Clarity is good, in cabinets audio is also good. Auto recording is active.
