### 1/5 — Latest update broke the app completely - Crashing constantly

I use this app with a 16A smart plug for AC and other appliances. After the recent update, the app has become completely broken and filled with bugs. It now crashes immediately whenever I try to turn the plug on or off. The electricity usage feature is also still completely broken and causes crashes. Please fix these stability issues urgently, as I can no longer control my appliances.

I have used 2 devices and both of them stopped working after i changed wifi password. After contacting customer care they told device is dead

Platinum Account here. Support- difficult to get in touch with. Connectivity- unreliable- even when app is ringing, there’s always 50% chance the call wont be picked up, because app decides to hang up. Remote viewing - great! Recordings are easy to pull up. Upto 50% of the time door bell wont make the home tab ring, and often, a 3-5 mins lag appears between home tab and door bell. By now this should have been a simple 2 step process- press the door bell and app/hometab rings immediately- except it doesn’t, more than half of the time. PS- wifi signal is “excellent” and all updates installed on time. I simply term it- Unreliable.

**Update** After 2 years of using this app and their products every single issue I mentioned is still there and customer support is nonexistent.
This App belongs to a company who is known for its quality by using this app. I don’t think the same company made this app. Every time I open the app, I have to go to my device option one or two times before it gets recognised that it is connected to internet. And the main problem is with the smart plug, whenever I set a countdown to turn off the smart plug, it get disconnected from Alexa or any other smart manager, so after the countdown is over, I have to go to the app, then start smart device once after that, it get detected to Alexa or Google Home

Every time there is person detected mobile notification, as user I open it, Qubo settings ask for “Location” by default. 

Qubo testers failed to test - location of your camera may be needed during 1st time setup, but why ask every time when there is “No” change of location of the device? Why the hell should user keep their mobile location “On”?

Please add a multi-screen live view feature that allows users to view multiple camera feeds simultaneously. This is a basic feature already available in many other CCTV apps.

It’s very frustrating to open and check each camera one by one. A grid view (e.g., 2x2, 3x3, or 4x4) would make monitoring much more convenient and significantly improve the user experience.

The app was my hub to monitor the security of my entire home. Then somebody decided that they don't want to let the customers disable video calls, and now I'm regretting getting so deep into the Qubo ecosystem. 

Every time the bell rings, the Qubo app on my phone, my wife's phone and my iPad (I use it as a baby monitor) all start ringing, and have to be marked silent individually. A colossal waste of time and definitely a very bad mistake made by whomsoever approved the app update.

I don’t want to give this review being an Indian brand. But patience is lost. Inspite of WiFi router just next to camera n all trouble shooting done, most of the time live feed sonar work staring poor network. But I get good speed n good network . Waste of money . Sorry

There is no fast forward option available when I want to play back recording. It’s a common feature provided by all other brands like Xiaomi, Tapo but Qubo didn’t provide it. When I want to play a long recording session I have no option to play it in 2x, 4x or 16x mode.

Human detection is 90% accurate. That can be improved. Also, the lights and siren feature on human detection feature is very useful, but should allow setting time for it such that it will automatically get activated in night and be turned off in the morning.
