Fabiana and her team of Queen Warriors Instructors will lead you in LIVE workouts every week from the comfort of your home. LIVE workouts are incredible because you have the ability to chat live with the instructors and leave messages for the other Queen Warriors in between sets!

If you can’t make the LIVE workout, a replay of the same workout will be available exclusively to Queen Warriors members. Replays are available 24/7, so you can tune in at any time that works for you.

Very upset that my membership automatically renewed. When I first signed up I did not realize this. They didn’t even send a renewal notice before the renewal and it doesn’t show up under app subscriptions in your Apple settings. I literally got an email the day it renewed saying “thank you for signing up.” I immediately emailed to let them know I didn’t realize it would automatically renew and they refused to refund me. I sent them an email letting them know I was going through a family matter and couldn’t afford to lose out on money for something I do not use. According to them it’s in the contract. Very upset do not recommend the workouts honestly aren’t great you can get on instagram or YouTube and find the same workouts.

Queen Warrior has truly changed the game for me! I love that there are different levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—so you can start where you are and grow at your own pace. The workouts are approachable for beginners but become more challenging as you build strength and confidence. The focus on both mental and physical wellness is so powerful, and the support from the community and trainers is everything. Highly recommend this app to any woman ready to grow and glow from the inside out!
