Often not updated for holiday schedules like Xmas last year, which is annoying when you can't tell if a facility is open. Right now the reason for this review is it doesn't even load on my MacBook, or iPhone and the chap I spoke to thought it was an "Apple issue" - well, maybe it is, but across platforms???? Also, the receptionist did indicate it had previously been an issue and she thought it was sorted. The recent issue was resolved when another member suggested deleting and reloading the app, which worked, but not ideal. I cancelled and it was gone from my booking list, so the system is clearly not registering that properly?
