Trying to find out opening times for swimming- no-one answering the phone in either Botanic or the Dub and rarely do answer-  and on line information not working

When I cancel my sessions, I still get calls from queens telling me I didn’t show up. I cancelled and it was gone from my booking list, so the system is clearly not registering that properly? I also would find that when I do book for a week in advance and check a few days later, the sessions I had registered are gone.

Look, this is simply an information abd schedule distribution app and they don't manage it well. Often not updated for holiday schedules like Xmas last year, which is annoying when you can't tell if a facility is open. Right now the reason for this review is it doesn't even load on my MacBook, or iPhone and the chap I spoke to thought it was an "Apple issue" - well, maybe it is, but across platforms???? Also, the receptionist did indicate it had previously been an issue and she thought it was sorted. The recent issue was resolved when another member suggested deleting and reloading the app, which worked, but not ideal. The management don't seem to care though and are not monitoring it, or reacting quickly, but that's a general observation, not just the app. Sleepy hollow stuff really.

Brilliant app which makes booking your classes so easy, love the images and it is so easy to navigate, great addition Queen's Sport, I will be telling my friends
