You’re pushing people to use it, but it fails right at the signup page. I’ve double and triple-checked my email and password—they're definitely correct and meet all the requirements—yet I keep getting hit with 'incorrect email or password' for no reason. Aussies pay way too much in taxes and rego to put up with service this bad. Thank you ### 1/5 — Appalling to use *2026-03-02* I’ve had nothing but trouble with this app. Every time I tried to verify my identity, and pressed on an information screen to see where particular numbers were (e.g. “where is this” for the CRN) you couldn’t close the information screen without it logging you out and forcing you to starts again. It also wouldn’t verify my passport details at all, or my birth certificate details the first three times I entered the exact same information. It would not sign me up or log me in. Reset password still no joy. The AI help messenger kept shutting me down and requesting another message with same result. I am a retired university professor and it has me beat. Fortunately I talked to a real person via phone and in only 15 minutes got it sorted. They were patient and helpful. Needs extra important features *2026-01-12* This app works well and would have 5 stars but I feel a little is needed and they are: - Upload important license documents is critical such as Medical Certificate or retrieve from the system database automatically. - Rego built it so you don’t have to download rego checker app. This allows warnings of expired regos in Queensland. So you can add ones to the list if you want that in the app. - Dark Theme is really important for people to see clearly. Other than that, app is good to go from what I can see. I also got an error when authentication of a passport but end the end I just continue and it worked so that may be a bug to check. All details were entered correctly and it still allowed me to add the licence but did give a failure error. Hope this helps the dev team. Sorry I did not take a photo of the error but it let me through anyway. This is despite twice removing it and reinstalling it with the latest IOS 18.5 on an IPhone 15 and restarting the phone each time. The option to display international codes is great - saves having to pay for an international licence when driving in some overseas countries. Suggestion: It would be good to display accrued demerit points, and their expiry dates. I tried when it was first released and gave up after many attempts. TMR would not accept the already accepted and saved (in phone pw) password. Tried to reset. Emails to reset never arrived. Tried again months later same issues. I can only imagine it would have cost half as much if they just stuck with the out-of-the-box iOS design system instead of smearing the Queensland colours all over every possible UI component. Incidentally, because they were too good for the HIG, it doesn’t even support dark mode, so as a tax payer I have basically paid to have my eyeballs burnt to a crisp by an ugly light-mode-only UI just for the once-per-year obligation to demonstrate proof of age/identity in-person. You never do anything right. ### 1/5 — Unable to use *2024-07-02* On many occasions when I’ve gone to use it, it won’t be accepted as a valid for of ID and I’ve had to go and get my physical license. I was denied service whenever I used the app and I ended up going back to using my physical license, defeating the point of the app. This app is useless until places actually start to accept it as a valid form of ID. I would honestly be terrified if I was pulled over by the police, because I doubt they would accept the app as a driver’s license if no one else will. I have no trouble with how the app works itself, it’s just that it is useless as a form of ID or being a license all together. **Developer response:** Our teams have been engaging with industry to ensure it is as accepted as the physical licence.
