## What is Quell?

Quell is a calm, honest place to meet a hard feeling — in about thirty seconds,
without an account, a chatbot, or a single piece of tracking.

Name what you feel — tension, heaviness, or scattered — then follow one short
guided moment chosen for it: a breath, a grounding anchor, a slow sky, a few
written words, or simply rest. The ripples calm, the moment is gently noted, and
Quell asks one quiet question: did that help? It learns, transparently, what
settles you — and tells you the truth, including when something didn't work.
