### 5/5 — Actually Helped !!

*2025-11-15, version 1.0*

I was doing calorie tracking before this but that didn’t work… this actually trains your mind to eat less. Awesome

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — If I could give it zero stars I would.

*2026-08-10, version 3.1.1*

The app has no direction, the only suggested meals are 100% meat with no veggies or fiber, yet every time I made a recipe I got feedback that I needed more fiber. The app had no way to get back into the meals I had logged, and when I input a recipe from their suggested recipes into my log, it came back giving me completely different macros than it lists on the recipe, even when I put in the exact same info as provided. This was a complete waste of money. DONT DO IT.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t give you enough direction

*2026-07-07, version 3.1.1*

There’s little to no direction about what you can/ can’t eat. There’s only suggested meals which didn’t really work for me as for the first 3 days there was only 5/6 meat options for every single meal. Not particularly easy to navigate. Ended up getting frustrated and giving up not even half way through.

### 1/5 — Not as promising as it looked

*2026-07-05, version 3.1*

The app is very limited. I can’t change it into metric system, the calories count can’t be modified (some of the things he reads in a picture are wrong) i can’t save the recipes which shouldn’t be a big deal I’ve subscribed for a year and that’s a mistake on my behalf i hope you improve the app the concept is promising but the app is a joke

### 1/5 — Proceed with caution

*2026-06-29, version 2.7.8*

I logged out and now I can’t get back in without “rejoining” and paying again. Unclear how one gets the “30-day money back guarantee” they advertise.

### 1/5 — Very bad app

*2026-06-28, version 2.7.8*

The advertising on insta was they they show you what to eat. There is nothing in the app about food. I would like to get a refund and can’t even find contact information how to request the refund. Buyer be aware. This is only tracking app, will not help you with what or how to plan your meals!

### 1/5 — Horrible. Useless

*2026-06-24, version 2.7.8*

This app promises but does not deliver. Has access to some educational content but as far as food logging and guidance on eating it is very poor. Just wish I could get my $20 back

### 1/5 — Blank screen

*2026-04-24, version 2.7.4*

I’ve been trying use this app when I open the app is blank and it won’t go to the home screen. This is terrible. I wasted 20 dollars for a blank screen

### 3/5 — complaint

*2026-08-02, version 3.1.1*

please include a section about eating disorders as someone who has ARFID. Also I didn’t even have the money to pay for it, atleast do a smaller version for free?

### 5/5 — Lost 8lbs in 3.5 weeks

*2026-08-11, version 3.1.1*

I was quite skeptical at first but it’s worth it satiety was a concept I was not familiar with but now I’m never feeling hungry on my diets. Brilliant I lost 8lbs in 3.5weeks

### 5/5 — Honestly game changing

*2026-07-01, version 2.7.9*

Genuinely my first comment on an app - because it’s been truly helpful!

A lot better approach to loosing weight that nobody talks about.
Controlling satiation levels has been much less stressful that keeping a constant eye on calories!!

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — LOST 14LBS!!!!

*2026-06-27, version 2.7.8*

Quell completly changed how i eat. High satiety meals genuinely switch off my hunger so im full for hours and the cravings just stopped. Tracking satiety per calorie helped me eat less naturally without feeling deprived at all. The breakdown showing volume protein and fiber makes every meal choice so obvious. Honestly ive lost weight steadily without the misery of being hungry all the time. If you want a real way to loose fat without the willpower battles get this app. Cant recommend it enough!

### 5/5 — Review

*2026-06-26*

Love the app

### 5/5 — Works wonders

*2026-05-07, version 2.7.4*

I downloaded Quell at a time when I wanted to lose weight. I have lost 20 pounds in three months while eating MORE than I used to. 10/10 would recommend.

### 5/5 — The only thing that helped me lose weight.

*2026-04-28, version 2.7.4*

I could kiss the researchers that made this app lol. I’ve tried a lot over the last couple of years after gaining weight from Keto, to even GLPs. Nothing really stuck. The satiety- based approach is in one word game changing. I literally don’t know why this isn’t popularized. 15kgs down over the last 4 months and a big part of it was Quell. Must try!

### 5/5 — I’ve never been able to lose weight until now

*2026-03-09, version 2.7.1*

I tried a lot of diets, even GLP-1 had some success but not something that lasted a long time. With Quell, I really like how it shows me how long meals can keep you full for. It’s been the education part that’s been really helpful, I know exactly how to eat Less without that insane hunger that we all know about. Props to the community feature as well, it was nice to know I wasn’t alone in this

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2026-02-27, version 2.6*

Great UI and easy to navigate to build a solid schedule for my workouts. Very affordable for people passionate about health & fitness

### 5/5 — AMAZING … it acc makes sense of how full i should be

*2026-02-24, version 2.6*

i genuinely love how the app helps me understand satiety per calorie. Most calorie deficits never stuck before but understanding satiety has been extremely helpful

### 5/5 — I LOVE THIS APP

*2026-02-19, version 2.3*

Honestly for me, the biggest thing was that it made achieving calorie deficits pretty easy by learning to eat for satiety. I’ve been able to manage a good 400 daily deficit for the past month without any hunger.
