There are a couple of issues one being the fill and the other - we need more. ### 4/5 — I like it very much. *2019-02-28, version 1.5* I really like this app much more then other coloring apps. It allows you to be much more creative. I had some problems already stated in other reviews. The one thing I would add is I wish you could hide the title and just get surprised as you color it in. I am still going to do them and got the pack of 40. The fill option gives very blurry results and over half the time it’s unresponsive to taps and requires frequent taps and waiting for a response. This app shows so much promise....however the flaws (fill not working properly, having to tap a space multiple times with less than complete coloring coverage, numbers being difficult to read, etc) make the app more annoying than enjoyable. I will not color a second picture until there are a couple of updates. I hope the updates come soon because I really want to love this app!! ### 3/5 — Interesting idea, needs work *2016-12-03, version 1.4* Very promising idea, however comes with a few immediate flaws. Image resolution is not high enough - if you zoom in the circles get fuzzy, and auto fill bleeds outside of the lines because of this. The numbers need to be on a separate layer, under the circle/coloring layer. In smaller areas the number 1 will split the space forcing you to try to fill the other "half", and the number 4 will never fill in its center. If these were fixed the app would be much better. ### 4/5 — Must try *2016-08-18, version 1.4* A lot of fun to complete. I agree about needing some fine tuning. The edges of the circles are quite fuzzy when you put in a color and having to fill in the empty spot on the number 4 can be bothersome. Other than that worth the purchase of the packs. A couple of the pictures were really difficult to do because the colors showed up different from where you placed them but when it worked, I loved it! More pictures! ### 2/5 — Intriguing idea but sloppy output *2016-02-28, version 1.3* I really really want to love this app. It is very different from the other coloring apps, and the concept of the bubbles slowly transforming into the picture is great. But the fill option sometimes takes 3 or 4 taps to work, when it does it bleeds outside of the section covering the surrounding ones, and on some puzzles it even requires you to tap a half inch to the left of the area you want filled in. The pen isn't a ton better either. If these were fixed I'd love it and give it 5 stars. Edit - gone down to 2 stars. Colors on page are shifting if I save and exit the page. So frustrating, definitely not a nice mindful break. ### 4/5 — Like a jigsaw puzzle *2015-12-20, version 1.3* Putting together abstract shapes and slowly the whole is revealed. Like a jigsaw, but more participatory. I like not knowing where I am going, except in a broad sense. Would love a palette to hold the five values that would remain visible. ### 3/5 — A few tweaks... *2015-12-19, version 1.3* This is almost great. But within several specific pictures, not all, the fill tool "action" happens consistently one section to the right of tap location. That really pretty much ruins the experience of the piece. Sloppy edges are one thing, especially with this level of detail on a small screen, but this is a much more fundamental miscalibration that badly needs addressing. ### 4/5 — Very fun *2015-11-27, version 1.3* But I wish once My Palette created it would be remembered so if I have to do something else my custom colors are remembered or there was a way to number the colors so I could come back and not have to recreate. I'm also hoping more portraits and masterpieces are coming because this is truly very fun. ### 2/5 — Crashing *2015-10-07, version 1.3* The app has potential but every time I use it it crashes after just a few clicks. It lags when it is working, and the zoom feature needs to get more detailed. Too bad because I really like the idea behind it.
